根皮素对LPS诱导的小鼠乳腺炎保护作用

【摘要】:为了研究根皮素对LPS诱导的小鼠乳腺组织的炎症变化,并证明根皮素对乳腺炎具有保护作用,试验应用乳导管内灌注LPS建立小鼠乳腺炎模型,进行H.E.染色、ELISA检测、Western-blott检测和髓过氧化物酶(MPO)检测等研究根皮素对乳腺组织的保护作用。结果表明:LPS能使乳腺组织产生病理学损伤,促进白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的产生,增加组织MPO活性,增强NF-κB信号通路蛋白的表达,而根皮素能够抑制LPS诱导的小鼠乳腺组织的炎症变化。说明根皮素对LPS诱导的小鼠乳腺炎具有一定保护作用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the inflammatory changes of mastitis induced by LPS in mice, and to prove that it has protective effect on mastitis, the model of mastitis in mice was established by intraductal infusion of LPS. Western-blott assay and myeloperoxidase (MPO) assay were used to study the protective effect of phylloderin on breast tissue. To promote the production of interleukin-1 尾 (IL-1 尾), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor- 伪 (TNF- 伪), increase the activity of tissue MPO, and enhance the expression of NF- 魏 B signaling pathway protein. The phloidin could inhibit the inflammation of mammary gland tissue induced by LPS, which indicated that it had a protective effect on mastitis induced by LPS.
