补喂β-丙氨酸对伊犁马血浆氨基酸和肌肽含量及运动水平的影响

【摘要】:本论文探究补喂β-丙氨酸对伊犁马血浆中氨基酸含量的影响及伊犁马运动水平的影响,为肌肽在运动马饲养管理及运动方面提供参考。试验选取年龄、体重接近(平均年龄为3岁、平均体重为346.50±21.39 kg)的伊犁马公马12匹随机分为2组,每组6匹,分别为α-丙氨酸组和β-丙氨酸组。所有马匹每天饲喂苜蓿干草4 kg、优质山草4 kg、颗粒精料3 kg,在此基础上β-丙氨酸组、α-丙氨酸组每天平均分5次分别按照马匹体重补喂β-丙氨酸、α-丙氨酸300 mg/kg bw/day。试验一,在进行5天预试验后进行动态点血样中β-丙氨酸、α-丙氨酸及肌肽含量测定;试验二,给伊犁马进行4周β-丙氨酸补喂运动训练试验,在30 d进行模拟测试赛,并在赛前1 h、赛后即刻、赛后0.5 h、赛后2 h采集血液。试验结果显示:补喂β-丙氨酸能显著提高伊犁马血浆中β-丙氨酸含量,并且血浆β-丙氨酸水平随补喂量增加而上升,补喂8 h后上升趋势逐渐减缓,短期补喂对血浆中肌肽含量影响不显著;补喂30 dβ-丙氨酸能显著提高伊犁马运动水平,对运动前后氨基酸代谢组进行分析后认为,血液游离氨基酸PLS-DA得分图显示补喂β-丙氨酸4 wk对试验两组运动前后血浆中氨基酸水平有显著影响,对于高强度运动时伊犁马的机体分解代谢有一定的抑制作用,并筛选出十个具有统计学意义的标记物氨基酸,其中包括Val、Leu、β-ala、Ile、Car、3MHis、Lys、Eth、Arg和Tau,同时补喂β-丙氨酸对伊犁马运动前后血气、生化有一定影响,补喂高剂量β-丙氨酸显著提高伊犁马血糖水平并且对运动后血气水平快速恢复有一定作用;此外β-丙氨酸组比赛前后SOD、GSH-px、T-AOC水平显著提高,赛后即刻氧化产物MDA含量极显著下降说明补喂β-丙氨酸能明显提高伊犁马高强度运动时抗氧化水平,并且减少运动后损伤,加快运动后恢复能力。本研究结果表明,补充β-丙氨酸30 d能够提高伊犁马血浆中β-丙氨酸和肌肽含量,并且能够增加伊犁马运动水平,减少马匹运动后氧化损伤,加快马匹运动后恢复。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effects of supplementation of 尾 -alanine on the content of amino acids in plasma and the exercise level of Yili horse were investigated. 12 male Yili horses with an average age of 3 years and an average body weight of 346.50 卤21.39 kg were randomly divided into 2 groups, 6 in each group. All horses were fed with 4 kg alfalfa hay, 4 kg high quality alfalfa and 3 kg granule concentrate, respectively. On this basis, the 尾 -alanine group and 伪 -alanine group were divided into 5 times per day according to the horse body. Refeed 尾 -alanine, 伪 -alanine 300 mg/kg BW / day. test 1, After 5-day pre-test, the contents of 尾 -alanine, 伪 -alanine and carnosine in dynamic blood samples were determined. Blood samples were collected 1 hour before, immediately after the competition, 0.5 hours after the competition and 2 hours after the competition. The results showed that supplementation of 尾 -alanine could significantly increase the content of 尾 -alanine in the plasma of Yili horse, and the plasma 尾 -alanine level increased with the increase of supplemental feeding. After 8 hours of supplementation, the increasing trend was gradually slowed down, and the effect of short-term supplementation on plasma carnosine content was not significant, and the 尾 -alanine supplementation for 30 days significantly increased the exercise level of Yili horse. The results showed that the amino acid metabolism group before and after exercise was analyzed. The PLS-DA score of free amino acids in blood showed that supplementation of 尾 -alanine for 4 wk significantly affected the level of plasma amino acids before and after exercise in both groups, and inhibited the catabolism of Yili horse during high intensity exercise. Ten marked amino acids were screened, including Valen Leu, 尾 -Ala Ile Carr 3M HislysTaug and Tau.The supplementation of 尾 -alanine had a certain effect on blood gas and biochemistry of Yili horse before and after exercise. Supplementation of high dose 尾 -alanine significantly increased the blood glucose level of Yili horse and played a certain role in the rapid recovery of blood gas level after exercise, in addition, the level of GSH-pxX T-AOC in 尾 -alanine group was significantly increased before and after the competition. The extremely significant decrease in the content of MDA showed that supplementation of 尾 -alanine could significantly increase the antioxidant level, reduce the injury after exercise and accelerate the ability of recovery after exercise in Yili horse during high intensity exercise, the results showed that 尾 -alanine supplementation significantly increased the antioxidant activity of Yili horse during high intensity exercise. Supplementation of 尾 -alanine for 30 days could increase plasma 尾 -alanine and carnosine content in Yili horse, increase the exercise level of Yili horse, reduce oxidative injury after exercise, and accelerate the recovery of horses after exercise.
