钼镉联合诱导对鸭组织器官微量元素含量的影响

【摘要】:本试验旨在探讨钼镉联合诱导对鸭组织器官微量元素含量的影响。选360羽(公母各半)11日龄“江南2号”麻鸭,随机分成6组(对照组、低钼组、高钼组、镉组、低钼镉组和高钼镉组),对照组饲喂基础日粮,其余各组分别在每kg基础日粮中添加Mo 15mg、Mo 100mg、Cd 4mg、Mo 15mg+Cd 4mg以及Mo 100mg+Cd4mg。钼源为七钼酸铵[(NH4)6Mo7O24·4H2O],镉源为硫酸镉(3CdSO4·8H2O)。试验周期为120d,分别于试验第30d、60d、90d和120d随机选取10羽鸭(公母各半)采集肝、肾、心、肺、大肠、小肠、肌胃、腺胃、气管、食管、胰、大脑、肌肉、羽毛、皮肤、喙、睾丸、粪便、蛋等组织,测定组织中钼、镉、铜、铁、锌、硒的含量。结果如下:1、日粮中添加钼可使组织器官钼含量升高(P0.05或P0.01),且随钼浓度升高而上升,表现出剂量效应;同一钼水平下,添加硫酸镉使组织器官钼含量下降(P0.05或P0.01)。2、日粮中添加镉可使组织器官镉含量升高,与对照组比较有显著差异或极显著差异(P0.05或P0.01),肝、肾是镉蓄积的主要靶器官。3、钼镉联合诱导使组织器官铜含量下降,高钼组、镉组、低钼镉组、高钼镉组组织器官铜极显著低于对照组(P0.01)。4、钼镉联合诱导使组织器官铁含量下降,高钼镉组组织器官铁显著低于对照组(P0.05)。5、钼镉联合诱导使组织器官锌含量下降,高钼组显著低于对照组(P0.05);高钼镉组极显著低于对照组(P0.01)。6、低钼组、高钼组对组织器官硒含量影响不大(P0.05);镉组、低钼镉组、高钼镉组显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结果显示:钼镉联合诱导可致组织器官钼、镉含量升高,七钼酸铵协同硫酸镉的吸收;钼镉联合诱导拮抗铜、铁、锌、硒的吸收,导致机体微量元素铜、铁、锌、硒含量降低,钼、镉呈协同效应。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of combined induction of molybdenum and cadmium on the contents of trace elements in tissues and organs of ducks. 360 ducks (male and female) were randomly divided into 6 groups (control group, low molybdenum group, high molybdenum group, cadmium group). Low molybdenum and cadmium groups and high molybdenum and cadmium groups were fed with basal diet. The other groups were fed with Mo 15mg / kg basal diet supplemented with Mo 15mg / kg Mo 100mgU CD 4mg Cd4mg and Mo 100mg CD 4mg Cd4mg, respectively. The molybdenum source was ammonium heptamolybdate (NH 4Mo 4Mo 7O 24 路4H 2O) and the cadmium source was cadmium sulfate 3CdSO 4 路8H 2O. The experimental period was 120 days. The liver, kidney and kidney of 10 ducks (male and female) were randomly selected for 90 d and 120 d, respectively, on the 30th day, 60d, 90d and 120d after the experiment, the source of molybdenum was ammonium heptomolybdate (NH _ 4N _ 6Mo _ 7O _ 4 路4H _ 2O). Heart, lung, large intestine, small intestine, muscle stomach, glandular stomach, trachea, esophagus, pancreas, brain, muscle, feather, skin, beak, testis, feces, eggs and other tissues were determined for molybdenum, cadmium, copper, iron, zinc, etc. The results were as follows: 1: 1. The molybdenum content in tissues and organs was increased by P 0.05 or P 0.01g, and increased with the increase of molybdenum concentration, showing a dose-effect; under the same molybdenum level, The content of molybdenum in tissues and organs was decreased by adding cadmium sulfate. The content of cadmium in tissues and organs was increased by adding cadmium in diet. Compared with the control group, there was significant difference (P0.05) or P0.01g (P 0.01), liver, liver, liver, liver, liver, liver, liver, liver, liver, liver, liver, liver, liver, liver and liver. Kidney is the main target organ of cadmium accumulation. Combined induction of molybdenum and cadmium decreased copper content in tissues and organs. Copper content in tissues and organs in high molybdenum group, cadmium group, low molybdenum cadmium group, high molybdenum cadmium group and high molybdenum cadmium group was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.01. 4). Iron in tissues and organs of high molybdenum and cadmium group was significantly lower than that of control group (P 0.05. 5). The content of zinc in tissues and organs was decreased in combination with molybdenum and cadmium, and was significantly lower in high molybdenum and cadmium group than in control group, and was significantly lower in high molybdenum cadmium group than that in control group. The effect of high molybdenum group on tissue and organ selenium content was not significant, while that of cadmium group, low molybdenum cadmium group and high molybdenum cadmium group was significantly lower than that of control group (P 0.05). The results showed that the combined induction of molybdenum and cadmium could increase the content of molybdenum and cadmium in tissues and organs, and the absorption of ammonium heptomolybdate in combination with cadmium sulfate; Molybdenum and cadmium combined to antagonize the absorption of copper, iron, zinc and selenium, which resulted in the decrease of trace elements copper, iron, zinc and selenium, and the synergistic effect of molybdenum and cadmium on the absorption of copper, iron, zinc and selenium.
