天津地区猪口蹄疫免疫抗体监测及防控

【摘要】:为摸清天津地区猪口蹄疫免疫抗体水平,在2013年1月至12月期间,采集猪场的7639份血清,采用液相阻断ELISA试验,对免疫抗体进行检测,,结果为合格6491份,合格率为84.97%。通过对不同规模猪场分析得出合格率依次为:种猪场、规模场、散养户;近郊五个区县免疫抗体水平高于远郊五个养殖大县;从月份来看5月和11月是全年免疫抗体水平较高月份;在猪群分日龄比较中得出,口蹄疫抗体阳性合格率从高到低是:经产母猪>育肥猪>仔猪>保育猪。 通过非结构蛋白抗体3ABC-I-ELISA试验对采集的2176份猪血清样品进行检测,以掌握灭活疫苗免疫效果。结果检出非结构蛋白3ABC抗体阳性样品44份,分析认为天津不同地区、猪群及养殖方式中,均存在曾感染口蹄疫动物,表明目前天津地区口蹄疫防控存在威胁,因此制定了以免疫预防、日常管理和应急处置为一体的综合防控措施,防止区域性口蹄疫疫情发生。
[Abstract]:In order to find out the antibody level of swine foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) in Tianjin area, from January 2013 to December, 7639 sera from pig farm were collected and detected by liquid phase blocking ELISA test. The results showed that the antibody was up to 6 491. The qualified rate was 84.97. Through the analysis of pig farms of different sizes, the qualified rates were obtained as follows: breeding farm, scale field, and scattered households, and the level of immune antibody in five districts in the suburbs was higher than that in the five major farming counties in the far suburbs. In May and November, the immune antibody level was higher in the whole year, and it was found that the qualified rate of FMD antibody from high to low was: sows > fattening pigs > piglets > care pigs. Non-structural protein antibody 3ABC-I-ELISA was used to detect 2176 pig serum samples in order to control the immune effect of inactivated vaccine. Results 44 non-structural protein 3ABC antibody positive samples were detected and analyzed in different areas of Tianjin. Pigs and breeding methods have been infected with foot-and-mouth disease animals, indicating that there is a threat to the prevention and control of foot-and-mouth disease in Tianjin. Therefore, comprehensive prevention and control measures have been formulated to integrate immunization prevention, daily management and emergency treatment. Prevent the outbreak of regional foot-and-mouth disease.
