胎次对奶山羊胎盘提取物抗氧化活性影响

【摘要】:旨在探讨不同胎次的奶山羊胎盘提取物抗氧化活性的差异,为其合理化应用提供技术依据。以1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苦肼自由基(DPPH·)清除率、羟自由基(·OH)清除率为抗氧化肽活性评价指标,结合胎盘提取物中可溶性蛋白(Water-soluble protein,WSP)含量变化,比较不同存放条件随时间延长各指标的衰变情况,评价不同胎次羊胎盘提取物抗氧化活性优劣。结果表明:1)第1、2、3胎各胎盘提取物冷冻干燥后,其多肽含量分别为(0.201±0.03)、(0.270±0.02)、(0.193±0.02)mg·mg-1冻干粉;DPPH·清除率分别为32.75%、53.20%、37.97%;·OH清除率分别是35.45%、51.94%、39.35%;WSP含量分别为16.63%、23.87%、18.60%,表明第2胎胎盘提取物各指标最佳。2)各胎次提取物4℃保存时,随时间延长DPPH·清除率、·OH清除率、WSP含量3个指标保全率均明显优于常温存放(P0.05)。3)4℃存放63d,第2胎提取物DPPH·清除率保全了78.85%;·OH清除率保全了71.93%;WSP含量保全率为77.36%。综上表明,第2胎胎盘提取物冷冻干燥,4℃存放比常温保存抗氧化活性好。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to investigate the difference of antioxidant activity of placental extracts from dairy goats with different birth order, and to provide technical basis for its rational application. The scavenging rate of hydroxyl radical (路OH) was used as an index to evaluate the activity of antioxidant peptides, and the changes of soluble protein WSPs in placenta extracts were combined to compare the decay of different storage conditions over time. The antioxidation activity of placental extracts from different placenta was evaluated. The results showed that the extracts of placenta were freeze-dried in the 1st second trimester. The polypeptide contents were 0.201 卤0.03 + 0.270 卤0.02g 路mg-1 freeze-dried powder 0.193 卤0.02mg 路mg-1 freeze-dried powder, respectively, and the clearance rates were 32.75g / 53.20mg 路mg-1 and 37.97, respectively; 路OH clearance rates were 35.4551.94WSP = 16.6323.877.600.The results showed that the second placenta extract was the best one at 4 鈩,
