狐狸源霍氏肠杆菌的分离鉴定与系统进化分析

【摘要】:为确定黑龙江省某狐狸养殖场患病狐狸的病原菌,从发病狐狸的子宫内脓液中分离到1株细菌,并命名为bz001001。根据其形态特征、培养特性、生化试验及16S rRNA分子鉴定结果,确定该菌为霍氏肠杆菌。之后对该分离菌进行了动物致病性试验、药敏试验和系统发育分析,结果显示,该菌可引起试验组小白鼠20%死亡,具有一定的致病性;该分离株对16种常用抗菌药物大部分表现耐药,少数药物敏感,具有较高的耐药性;该分离菌与来源于婴幼儿配方奶粉、人源、螃蟹源及实蝇源分离株的霍氏肠杆菌的遗传距离最近,同源性高达98%。本试验是首次从狐狸中分离到霍氏肠杆菌,此结果提示霍氏肠杆菌具有比以往认为的更广泛的宿主范围。
[Abstract]:In order to identify the pathogenic bacteria of the diseased fox in a fox farm in Heilongjiang Province, a strain of bacteria was isolated from the uterine pus of the infected fox and named bz001001.According to its morphological characteristics, culture characteristics, biochemical test and 16s rRNA molecular identification results, the pathogen was isolated from the uterus of the infected fox. The strain was identified as Enterobacter hominis. After that, the animal pathogenicity test, drug sensitivity test and phylogenetic analysis were carried out. The results showed that the bacteria could cause 20% death of mice in the experimental group and had a certain pathogenicity. Most of the isolates are resistant to 16 common antimicrobial agents, a few are sensitive and have high drug resistance. The genetic distance of Enterobacter Hodgsoni from crab and fly strains is the closest, the homology is as high as 98. This experiment is the first time to isolate Enterobacter homologues from foxes, which suggests that Enterobacter homogenate has a wider host range than previously thought.
