金针菇菌渣日粮对山羊养分表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响

【摘要】:本试验旨在研究日粮中添加金针菇菌渣对山羊养分表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响,并确定山羊饲粮中金针菇菌渣的最佳添加水平。选取28只年龄接近的健康波杂羊(波尔山羊×徐淮山羊),平均体重为(23.35±2.45)kg,随机分为4组,每组7只。分别饲喂金针菇菌渣添加水平为0%(对照组,日粮A)、15%(日粮B)、25%(日粮C)、40%(日粮D)的试验日粮,预饲期7d,试验期45d。结果表明:(1)日粮中添加金针菇菌渣可有效提高山羊营养物质消化率,日粮B、日粮C和日粮D的干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)以及能量的表观消化率显著高于日粮A(P0.05),其中,日粮B和日粮C的营养物质消化率有高于日粮D的趋势;(2)四组日粮的总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和总胆红素(TBIL)的含量无显著影响(P0.05)。日粮C的葡萄糖(GLU)显著高于日粮A、日粮B和日粮D(P0.05),日粮B日粮C和日粮D的尿素氮(BUN)差异不显著(P0.05),但显著高于日粮A(P0.05)。结果提示,在本研究背景下,在山羊饲料中添加金针菇菌渣可有效提高山羊营养物质消化率,其中以15%和25%添加组效果较为明显,并且对山羊血清生化指标无显著影响,但提高了血液中尿素氮的含量。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of Flammulina velutipes residue on the apparent nutrient digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of goats. The optimum addition level of Flammulina velutipes in the diet of goats was determined. 28 healthy Boer goats (Boer goat 脳 Xuhuai goat) with an average body weight of 23.35 卤2.45 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups. Seven rats in each group were fed with Flammulina velutipes (Flammulina velutipes) residue supplementation level was 0 (control group, diet Af15). The results showed that adding Flammulina velutipes residue into the diet could effectively increase the digestibility of nutrients in goats. The apparent digestibility of dry matter (DMN), organic substance (OMN), crude protein (CP), neutral detergent fiber (NDFN), acid detergent fiber (ADFN), calcium caproxide, phosphorus (P) and energy in diet B, C and D were significantly higher than those in diet Agna P0.05N, and the apparent digestibility of energy in diet B, C and D was significantly higher than that in diet A (P 0.05). The nutrient digestibility of diet B and C was higher than that of diet D.) there was no significant effect on the contents of total protein TPN, Albumin, alanine aminotransferase (alt), alanine aminotransferase (alt), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and total bilirubin (TBIL) in the diet of four groups. The glucose GLU in diet C was significantly higher than that in diet A, the difference between dietary B and D was not significant (P 0.05), but it was significantly higher than that in diet A (0.05). The results suggested that there was no significant difference between dietary C and D (P 0.05), but significantly higher than that in diet A (0.05), the results suggested that the level of glucose in diet C was significantly higher than that in diet A (P 0.05). Under the background of this study, adding Flammulina velutipes residue into goat feed could effectively improve the digestibility of nutrients in goats. The effects of 15% and 25% supplementation groups were more obvious, and there was no significant effect on serum biochemical indexes of goats. However, the level of urea nitrogen in blood was increased.
