抗菌肽对海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋后期鸡蛋营养成分及肝脏HMGCR和Apo-ⅡmRNA表达量的影响

【摘要】:本试验随机选取360只产蛋率接近、健康的383日龄海兰褐蛋鸡作为试验动物。随机分为2组,每个组内设3个重复组,每个重复60只蛋鸡。对照组蛋鸡的日粮为基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加0.01L/kg抗菌肽。预饲期7d,试验期35d。本试验通过比较两组蛋鸡的生产性能、血清生化指标、鸡蛋营养成分,分析抗菌肽对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能及鸡蛋中胆固醇等含量的影响。在此基础上利用RT-PCR技术检测蛋鸡肝脏中HMGCR m RNA和Apo-Ⅱ m RNA表达量的变化。本试验目的是提高蛋鸡产蛋后期的生产性能,提高蛋鸡生产的经济效益,为生产低胆固醇鸡蛋提供理论基础和科学依据。试验结果如下:1.生产性能:试验组蛋鸡产蛋率比对照组提高7.07%,且差异显著(P0.05);与对照组相比,试验组破蛋率降低12.19%,平均蛋重降低0.96%,料蛋比降低0.83%,但差异均不显著(P0.05)。2.血清生化指标:试验组蛋鸡血清总蛋白比对照组显著降低7.2%(P0.05),试验组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇比对照组降低12.6%,且差异显著(P0.05);试验组蛋鸡血清白蛋白和球蛋白水平相比对照组分别降低0.82%和9.48%,总胆固醇和甘油三酯分别升高4.39%和20.16%,血糖降低4.09%,差异均不显著(P0.05)。3.鸡蛋营养成分:与对照组比较,试验组鸡蛋中胆固醇含量较对照组显著降低18.61%(P0.05);鸡蛋中各项氨基酸含量较对照组均有不同程度的提高,总氨基酸比对照组提高6.79%,但差异均不显著(P0.05)。试验组鸡蛋中P、Mg、Zn、Se含量较对照组均有提高,Ca的含量有所降低,但差异均不显著(P0.05)。4.HMGCR和Apo-Ⅱ基因表达水平:试验组的HMGCR m RNA表达量显著降低(P0.05);Apo-Ⅱ m RNA表达量有所降低,但并无显著变化(P0.05)。结论:1.抗菌肽使蛋鸡产蛋率显著提高了7.07%,一定程度上提高了海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋后期的生产性能。2.抗菌肽显著降低了海兰褐蛋鸡血清的总蛋白水平及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,促进了胆固醇的转运。3.抗菌肽使鸡蛋中胆固醇含量显著降低了18.61%,改善了鸡蛋的营养成分。4.抗菌肽显著降低了海兰褐蛋鸡肝脏HMGCR m RNA的表达量,抑制了蛋鸡胆固醇的内源性合成。。
[Abstract]:360 Hailan brown laying hens of 383 days old were randomly selected as experimental animals. Each group was divided into 2 groups, each group was divided into 3 repeats groups with 60 layers per replica. The diet of the control group was used as the basal diet. In the trial group, 0.01L / kg antimicrobial peptide was added to the basal diet. The prefeeding period was 7 days and the trial period was 35 days.
