关于加强小型生猪屠宰场点管理有关问题的思考

【摘要】：中国小型生猪屠宰场点结构性问题由来已久,严重制约了肉品质量安全保障水平的提升。笔者通过实地调研、座谈交流、资料汇总和综合分析,对中国小型生猪屠宰场点进行了系统调研。在分析行业现状和总结各地经验的基础上,建议按照"因地制宜、提质升级、规范生产、严格监管"的总体思路,从完善制度设计、整顿行业秩序、激发内生动力、优化发展环境等4个方面,采取10项具体举措,全面加强小型生猪屠宰场点管理,力促屠宰行业发展水平取得新的提升。
[Abstract]:Small pig slaughterhouses Chinese long-standing structural problems, seriously restrict the security level of meat quality and safety improvement. Through field research, discussion exchange, data collection and comprehensive analysis of China small pig slaughter points in the field of system research. Based on the analysis of the current situation of industry and summarizes experience and suggestions according to local conditions, upgrading the general idea of upgrading, standardized production, strict supervision ", from the improvement of system design, industry consolidation order, stimulate endogenous motivation, 4 aspects to optimize the development environment, to take 10 measures to comprehensively strengthen the small pig slaughterhouses slaughtering industry management, urged the development level to achieve new upgrade.
