饲粮赖氨酸水平对22~42日龄AA肉鸡生长性能及血清生化指标的影响

【摘要】:试验旨在通过测定不同赖氨酸水平饲粮对肉鸡后期生长性能、血清生化指标及部分组织器官发育的影响,以确定其适宜的赖氨酸需要量。选取22日龄AA肉鸡720只,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复20只鸡,采用单因素试验设计,6个赖氨酸水平分别为0.50%、0.70%、0.90%、1.10%、1.30%、1.60%。结果表明:(1)不同赖氨酸水平对22~42日龄AA肉鸡的平均日增重有极显著影响(P0.01),对平均日采食量有显著影响(P0.05),而对料重比无显著影响(P0.05)。0.90%赖氨酸水平组平均日增重显著高于其他组(P0.05);(2)不同赖氨酸水平对22~42日龄AA肉鸡血清生化指标没有显著影响(P0.05);(3)不同赖氨酸水平对22~42日龄AA肉鸡的胸腺指数、脾脏指数有显著影响(P0.05),对肝脏指数、腺胃指数产生极显著影响(P0.01),而对法氏囊指数、胰腺指数、心脏指数、肌胃指数均没有显著影响(P0.05)。综上所述,日粮赖氨酸水平为0.90%时,22~42日龄AA肉鸡的生长性能较好。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to determine the appropriate lysine requirement by measuring the effects of different lysine levels on the later growth performance, serum biochemical indexes and the development of some tissues and organs of broilers. 720 AA broilers aged 22 days were selected. They were randomly divided into 6 groups, 6 replicates in each group, and 20 chickens in each replica. In a single factor design, the six lysine levels were 0.50 / 0.70 / 0.90 and 1.100.30 / 1.60 respectively. The results showed that different lysine levels had a significant effect on the average daily gain (ADG) of 2242-day-old AA broilers, and had a significant effect on average daily feed intake (P0.05N) and feed to feed ratio (P0.05a). There was no significant effect on the average daily gain (ADG) of P0.05U. 0.90% Lysine level group compared with other groups. (P 0.05) different lysine levels had no significant effect on serum biochemical indexes of 22 ~ 42-day-old AA broilers (P 0.05 ~ 0.90%) thymus index of 22 ~ 42-day-old AA broilers was not significantly affected by different lysine levels, and there was no significant effect on the thymus index of 22 ~ 42-day-old AA broilers with different lysine levels. The spleen index had a significant effect on P0.05A, the liver index and glandular stomach index had a very significant effect on P0.01C, but on the bursa of Fabricius index, pancreatic index, heart index, myogastric index, there was no significant effect on P0.05.According to the above, When dietary lysine level was 0.90, the growth performance of AA broilers at 22 ~ 42 days of age was better.
