腹泻仔猪脏器指数、肠道形态和胃肠道内容物pH特征及灌服粪肠球菌对其影响

【摘要】:仔猪腹泻是当前导致仔猪死亡的重要原因之一,对仔猪的胃肠道发育有重要影响。微生态制剂作为抗生素替代品,已开始应用于预防和控制仔猪腹泻,但其具体使用效果和剂量还需要进一步研究。本文研究了腹泻仔猪心、肝、脾、肾等脏器指数,小肠形态,胃、小肠和大肠内容物pH值等指标的特征及灌服粪肠球菌微生态制剂对其影响,试图分析并揭示微生态制剂对仔猪、尤某是对腹泻仔猪生长发育的影响,为未来微生态制剂的应用与推广提供理论基础。本试验选用48窝仔猪,分为两个阶段进行。第一阶段(仔猪出生3-7天内)首先在被选48窝仔猪群中进行,试验前期细心观察仔猪群健康状态及腹泻状况,在仔猪出生3-7天内,一旦发现某一窝某一仔猪出现腹泻情况,立即将该腹泻仔猪及其同窝同性别的、未腹泻的健康仔猪1头进行称重、屠宰、样品采集,直至采集完20窝仔猪的40个个体作为实验组;第二阶段(在仔猪出生8-20天内)是将这20窝实验仔猪继续饲养至第20天,即断奶前一天,按照发生腹泻日期相近、产期相近、产仔数相近的原则,将仔猪分成5个组,每组4个重复。其中C组为对照组,其余4组为试验组,对照组于仔猪腹泻当日、第3日和第6日全窝灌服双蒸水1 mL,对应试验T1组-T4组分别于对应时间全窝依次灌服不同浓度的微生态制剂1 mL,浓度分别为2.5 ×108 CFU/mL、5 × 108 CFU/mL、1 × 109CFU/mL 和2 × 109 CFU/mL,结论如下:一、在仔猪出生3-7天内,腹泻仔猪与未腹泻仔猪相比,心、肝、脾、肾重量及其脏器指数均无显著差异,除结肠pH有显著差异外,胃、小肠及其余大肠pH值无差异,腹泻仔猪组的十二指肠、空肠的绒毛高度和十二指肠绒腺比(绒毛高度/隐窝深度)均显著低于未腹泻仔猪组(P0.05),其它小肠形态无差异。二、灌服微生态制剂对仔猪脾脏指数和肺脏指数有显著影响(P0.01),其中处理组1(T1)、处理组3(T3)、处理组4(T4)脾脏指数显著(P0.05)高于对照组;T4组(P0.05)肺脏指数显著高于对照组。灌服微生态制剂有影响仔猪肝脏指数的趋势(P0.1),其中处理组1(T1)有低于对照组的趋势(P0.1)。腹泻及腹泻与处理的交互作用对心脏指数、肝脏指数、脾脏指数、肾脏指数、肺脏指数均无影响。处理对回肠的pH值有显著影响(P0.05),其中,T2、T3、T4组回肠pH值显著低于(P0.05)对照组,T3、T4组回肠pH值也显著低于T1组(P0.05)。除T3、T4组仔猪空肠绒毛高度显著(P0.05)高于对照组外,处理、腹泻以及腹泻与处理的交互作用对仔猪小肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度及绒毛高度与隐窝深度比均无显著影响(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:Diarrhea in piglets is one of the most important causes of piglet mortality, which has an important effect on the gastrointestinal development of piglets. As a substitute for antibiotics, microecological agents have been used to prevent and control diarrhea in piglets. However, further study is needed on the effect and dosage of the medicine. The indexes of heart, liver, spleen and kidney, the shape of small intestine, the stomach of piglets with diarrhea were studied in this paper. The characteristics of pH value of intestinal and large intestine contents and the effects of enterococcus faecalis microecological preparation on the growth and development of piglets, especially diarrhea piglets, were analyzed and revealed. In this experiment, 48 piglets were selected and divided into two stages. The first stage (within 3-7 days of birth) was first carried out in the selected 48 piglets. In the early stage of the experiment, we carefully observed the state of health and diarrhea of the piglets. Within 3 to 7 days after the piglets were born, once a certain piglet was found to have diarrhea, the diarrhea piglets and the same litter of the piglets of the same sex were immediately observed. One healthy piglet without diarrhea was weighed, slaughtered, and samples were collected until 40 individuals from 20 piglets were collected as experimental groups; the second stage (within 8-20 days of birth) continued to feed the 20 experimental piglets until the 20th day. On the day before weaning, piglets were divided into five groups according to the principle of similar diarrhea date, similar birth time and similar litter size. Group C was the control group, the other four groups were the experimental group, and the control group was on the day of piglet diarrhea. On 3rd and 6th, T4 group T _ 1 was fed with different concentrations of microecological agents (2.5 脳 10 ~ 8 CFU / m ~ (L) ~ (5 脳 10 ~ 8) CFU / m ~ (-1)) and 2 脳 10 ~ (9) CFU / mL respectively. The results are as follows: 1. There was no significant difference in heart, liver, spleen, kidney weight and viscera index between diarrhea piglets and non-diarrhea piglets in 3-7 days after birth. Except for colonic pH, there was no significant difference in pH value in stomach, small intestine and other large intestine. The villi height of duodenum and jejunum and the ratio of villus height to crypt in duodenum of diarrhea piglets were significantly lower than those in piglets without diarrhea (P 0.05), but there was no difference in other intestinal morphology. The spleen index and lung index of piglets treated with microecological preparation were significantly higher than those of control group (P 0.01). The spleen index of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05), and that of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05), and that of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.05), and that of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05), and that of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). There was a tendency to affect liver index of piglets in the state preparation, in which the treatment group (1) was lower than that in the control group (P _ (0.1)). Diarrhea and the interaction between diarrhea and treatment had a significant effect on the cardiac index. Liver index, spleen index, kidney index, There was no effect of lung index on the pH value of ileum, and the pH value of ileum in T2T3T3T4 group was significantly lower than that in P0.05 group (P 0.05). The pH value of ileum in T3T4 group was significantly lower than that in T1 group (P0.05), and the villus height of jejunum in T3T4 group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05), and the pH value of jejunum villi in T3 T4 group was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.05). Diarrhea and the interaction between diarrhea and treatment had no significant effect on the villi height and crypt depth and the ratio of villi height to crypt depth in piglets.
