大蒜素对蛋鸡免疫功能及生产性能的影响

【摘要】:本实验以哈尔滨市某种鸡场200只1日龄海兰褐雌性蛋雏鸡为研究对象,预饲一周后,随机分为4组,每组50只蛋雏鸡,分别饲喂含0(对照组)、50(低剂量组)、100(中剂量组)和150(高剂量组)mg/kg大蒜素的全价鸡饲料,试验周期为35d,每隔5天统计耗料量,随时观察鸡群健康状况。实验结束时,每组取20只鸡,称量蛋雏鸡体重、脾脏重、胸腺重及法氏囊重,计算免疫器官脏器系数、平均日增重和料重比。采用分光光度法、免疫浊度法、微量血凝抑制试验、染色法、放射免疫测定技术及补体结合受体试验检测血清和免疫器官中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量;血清中免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、免疫球蛋白M(Ig M)、免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)、补体C3及C4含量;血清新城疫抗体效价;血液中白细胞(WBC)、淋巴细胞及ANAE+T数量;血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量;红细胞表面检测红细胞受体花环率(RBC-C3b RR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)。余下的120只实验鸡停止饲喂含大蒜素饲料,正常饲养至200日龄,检测产蛋率、料蛋比、畸形蛋率。旨在探讨大蒜素对蛋鸡免疫功能及生产性能的影响,结果表明:(1)随大蒜素剂量增加,大蒜素组蛋雏鸡血清、脾脏、胸腺及法氏囊中SOD、GSH-Px活性显著高于对照组(P0.05;P0.01),发蒜素组MDA含量显著低于对照组(P0.05;P0.01),说明大蒜素能提升蛋雏鸡抗氧化能力。(2)随大蒜素剂量增加,大蒜素组蛋雏鸡脾脏、胸腺及法氏囊的脏器系数均显著高于对照组(P0.05;P0.01),说明大蒜素可促进蛋雏鸡免疫器官生长发育。(3)随大蒜素剂量增加,大蒜素组蛋雏鸡血清Ig G、Ig A、Ig M含量及新城疫HI抗体效价均显著高于对照组间(P0.05;P0.01),说明大蒜素可提高蛋雏鸡体液免疫功能。(4)随大蒜素剂量增加,大蒜素组蛋雏鸡外周血中WBC数、淋巴细胞总数、ANAE阳性率均显著高于对照组(P0.05;P0.01),说明大蒜素可提高蛋雏鸡细胞免疫功能。(5)随大蒜素剂量增加,大蒜素组蛋雏鸡血清中补体C3、C4含量显著高于对照组(P0.05;P0.01),说明大蒜素可提高蛋雏鸡非特异性免疫功能。(6)随大蒜素剂量增加,大蒜素组蛋雏鸡血清中IL-2含量显著高于对照组(P0.05;P0.01),大蒜素组TNF-α含量显著低于对照组(P0.05;P0.01),说明大蒜素可通过调节细胞因子分泌增强蛋雏鸡免疫功能。(7)随大蒜素剂量增加,大蒜素组蛋雏鸡红细胞受体花环率显著高于对照组(P0.05;P0.01),大蒜素组红细胞免疫复合物花环率显著低于对照组(P0.05;P0.01),说明大蒜素可提高蛋雏鸡红细胞免疫功能。(8)随大蒜素剂量增加,大蒜素组蛋雏鸡平均日增重显著高于对照组(P0.05;P0.01),大蒜素组料重比显著低于对照组(P0.05;P0.01),说明大蒜素可以促进蛋雏鸡生长发育。(9)产蛋鸡正常饲养到200日龄,大蒜素组蛋鸡平均产蛋率显著高于对照组(P0.05;P0.01),大蒜素组料蛋比及畸形蛋率显著低于对照组(P0.05;P0.01),说明大蒜素能提高蛋鸡生产性能,添加剂量为150mg/kg时效果最佳。
[Abstract]:In this experiment, Harbin city some 200 farms of 1 day old Hyline Brown female chicken as the research object, a week after the pre feeding, were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group of 50 chicks were fed diets containing 0 (control group), 50 (low dose group), 100 (middle dose group) and 150 (the high dose group) the full price of chicken feed mg /kg allicin, the test cycle is 35d, every 5 days to observe the statistics of material consumption, the health status of chickens. At the end of the experiment, each group of 20 chickens, chicken weighing weight, spleen weight, thymus weight and weight of bursa, immune organ coefficient calculation, the average daily gain and feed weight ratio.
