【摘要】:受精是有性生殖动物繁育下一代必不可少的过程。在过去数十年中,我们对哺乳动物精卵互作分子机制的理解已取得重要进展。然而,由于禽类的卵子较大和模拟发生在正常受精过程中的生理性多精受精过程有一定困难,我们在禽类精卵互作方面积累的知识并未达到类似于在哺乳动物上积累的水平。本文将总结目前人们对禽类受精过程中精卵互作机制的理解,尤其着重总结精卵结合、精子的顶体反应以及卵周膜通道形成所必需的真精子蛋白酶;解释卵周膜中透明带(Zona Pellucida,ZP)蛋白(ZP1和ZP3)在精卵结合、顶体反应诱导以及精子蛋白酶消化作用下的精子渗透作用。我们期望:对鸟类受精过程的更深刻理解,能够为家禽行业中包括生产转基因或克隆禽类在内的众多应用开发强有力工具开辟新的途径。
[Abstract]:Fertilization is an essential process for the reproduction of the next generation of sexual reproduction animals. Over the past few decades, we have made significant progress in understanding the molecular mechanisms of sperm-egg interaction in mammals. Because of the large eggs of poultry and the difficulty of simulating the physiological polyspermatism during normal fertilization, Our knowledge of egg and egg interaction has not reached a level similar to that in mammals. In this paper, we will summarize the current understanding of the mechanism of spermatozoa interaction in poultry fertilization, with particular emphasis on sperm and egg binding. The acrosome reaction of spermatozoa and the eusperm protease necessary for the formation of perovular membrane channels; to explain the ZP1 and ZP3 proteins of Zona Pellucida ZP3 in the spermatozoa, and to explain the binding of ZP1 and ZP3 in spermatozoa. Acrosome reaction induction and sperm osmotic action by sperm protease digestion. We expect: a deeper understanding of the process of bird fertilization, It can open up new ways to develop powerful tools in poultry industry, including the production of transgenic or cloned poultry.
