年龄对巴马香猪公猪血液和线粒体功能指标的影响

【摘要】:有关年龄对哺乳动物血液和线粒体功能指标的影响研究非常有限,本项目以猪为模型,重点研究年龄对巴马香猪公猪血液和线粒体功能指标的影响。选用1岁、4岁和9岁公猪各2头、3头和3头进行屠宰,称量各器官质量,并采集血样和组织样品分析其生理、生化、免疫、激素和线粒体功能共58项指标的变异。结果表明,除体质量随年龄的增长而增大外,9岁公猪与4岁公猪肾脏的绝对质量也有显著性差异(P0.05)。4岁巴马香猪公猪的WBC、GR、RBC和HCT显著高于9岁公猪(P0.05);随着年龄的增长,WID%、PCT、TG、AST和ALT呈下降趋势,而GR%、MCV、MCH、RDW-SD、RDW-CV、PDW、HDL、R-GT、UA和TP呈上升趋势。1岁公猪的GH和T平均水平要远高于其他两个年龄段公猪,而4岁和9岁公猪这两指标水平相当,说明这两指标的水平随着年龄的增长而下降,到一定年龄后维持在一稳定的水平;INS的水平随着年龄的增长先升后降。9岁巴马香猪公猪肝脏的最大呼吸能力、呼吸储备以及肌肉的呼吸储备高于1岁公猪,可能与9岁公猪体质量及身体代谢水平远高于1岁公猪有关;肌肉的ATP生成低于1岁公猪,说明随着年龄的增长,肌肉出现老化,从而导致ATP生成的降低。肌肉的基础呼吸率和ATP生成高于肝脏,而呼吸储备却更低,这与两个器官的功能差异相关。
[Abstract]:Studies on the effects of age on mammalian blood and mitochondrial function were limited. The effect of age on blood and mitochondria function of Bama boar was studied. Two male pigs aged 1 year old 4 years old and nine year old boars were slaughtered to weigh the weight of each organ and to collect blood samples and tissue samples to analyze their physiology. Variations in 58 biochemical, immunological, hormonal and mitochondrial functions. In addition to the increase of body weight with age, there was also significant difference in the absolute weight of kidney between 9 year old boar and 4 year old boar. The RBC and HCT of Bama Xiang pig at 4 years old were significantly higher than that of 9 year old boar (P 0.05). The mean levels of GH and T of the 1-year-old boars were much higher than those of the other two age boars, but the two indexes of 4 and 9 year old boars were similar, which indicated that the levels of these two indexes decreased with the increase of age, and the mean levels of GH and T in the 1st year old boars were much higher than those in the other two age groups, while the RDW-SDN RDW-SDN RDW-CVU PDWN HDLR-GTU UA and TP showed an increasing trend. After a certain age, the level of ins was maintained at a stable level. With the increase of age, the level of ins rose first, then decreased with age. The maximum respiratory capacity, respiratory reserve and muscle respiratory reserve in the liver of 9 year old Bama boars were higher than that of 1 year old boars. It may be related to the body weight and metabolic level of 9-year-old boar, and the ATP production of muscle is lower than 1-year-old boar, which indicates that the muscle is aging with age. The basic respiratory rate and ATP production of muscle are higher than that of liver, but the respiratory reserve is lower, which is related to the difference of function between the two organs.
