CFL2基因低表达对骨骼肌肌纤维相关基因的表达影响

【摘要】:为了研究CFL2基因与骨骼肌纤维相关基因之间的关系,本试验运用已筛选的CFL2低表达细胞株,利用实时定量和Western blot技术检测CFL2基因低表达对肌纤维组成成分MLC、α-actin与肌纤维类型MyHCslow、MyHC2b、MyHC2a、MyHC2x表达的影响。结果表明,低表达CFL2后,肌纤维组成成分MLC和α-actin的表达均显著上调(P0.05)。MyHC2x、MyHC2b、MyHC2a、MyHCslow的表达均显著下调(P0.05)。说明CFL2可能起到通过调节MyHC类型转换来达到调节红白肌肉比例的效果,进而直接影响猪肉品质。
[Abstract]:In order to study the relationship between CFL2 gene and skeletal muscle fiber related gene, CFL2 low expression cell lines were used in this study. The effects of low expression of CFL2 gene on the expression of myofiber components (MLC, 伪 -actin) and myofiber type MyHCslow-MyHC2bPU MyHC2aH2x were detected by real-time quantitative analysis and Western blot technique. The results showed that the expression of myHC2x was decreased after low expression of MLC, 伪 -actin, and myofibrillar. The expression of MLC and 伪 -actin in muscle fiber components were all significantly up-regulated by P0.05A. MyHC2xC2xPHC2bC2bPHC2bPHC2AH MyHCslow were down-regulated significantly, indicating that CFL2 may play a role in regulating the ratio of red and white muscles by regulating the MyHC type conversion, and then directly affecting the pork quality. 2. The results showed that the expression of P0. 05 and 伪 -actin in myofiber components were significantly increased.
