猪嵴病毒流行概况及诊断方法的研究进展

【摘要】：近年来,我国仔猪腹泻情况爆发频繁,给我国养猪业造成了严重的经济损失。研究人员在检测病原时发现仔猪腹泻中猪嵴病毒呈现很高的检出率,这引起了兽医研究者的广泛关注。文章根据国内外最新研究资料,首先对猪嵴病毒病原学的研究进展进行了介绍;其次,针对目前猪嵴病毒流行病学概况进行了阐述,对猪嵴病毒流行病学特点进行了讨论;再次,对比猪嵴病毒的几种诊断方法,探讨了各自的优势和不足;最后,展望了猪嵴病毒的未来研究趋势和方向,希望能为猪嵴病毒的进一步研究提供一些有意义的信息。
[Abstract]:In recent years, diarrhea outbreaks frequently in piglets in China, which has caused serious economic losses to the pig industry in China. Researchers found that the detection rate of pig cristae virus in piglets diarrhea was very high when the pathogen was detected. According to the latest research data at home and abroad, this article first introduces the research progress of porcine ridge virus etiology, and secondly, describes the epidemiology of swine ridge virus. The epidemiological characteristics of porcine cristae virus are discussed. Thirdly, the advantages and disadvantages of several diagnostic methods of swine cristae virus are discussed. Finally, the future research trend and direction of porcine cristae virus are prospected. It is hoped that some useful information can be provided for the further study of porcine cristae virus.
