松嫩平原耕作草甸区中小型土壤动物群落特征

【摘要】:笔者于2009年,对松嫩平原耕作草甸区中小型土壤动物进行了调查。结果表明:中小型土壤动物个体数量和类群数量具有极显著的相关性(r=0.894,P㩳0.05)。中小型土壤动物的个体数量和类群数量水平方向变化趋势基本是从呼兰向嫩江递减,即从低纬度向高纬度递减。Sorenson相似性系数表明各样地之间的相似程度都比较高,几乎都在极相似以上。中小型土壤动物个体数量、类群数量与有机质呈极显著正相关(r_(0.01)=0.936,r_(0.01)=0.912),与地温呈显著正相关(r_(0.05)=0.910,r_(0.05)=0.943)。CCA排序分析表明,弹尾目与地温值和全磷相关性显著,真螨目与pH值相关性显著,寄螨目与速钾相关性显著。DG指数变化趋势是从呼兰到嫩江递减。螨类和弹尾类比值大于1(A/C=1.58),表明该区域土壤生态系统不健康,土壤动物群落不稳定。笔者认为,与多样性指数相比,DG指数更适合测定种类繁多、组成复杂的土壤动物群落。
[Abstract]:In 2009, the authors investigated the small and medium-sized soil animals in the cultivation meadow area of Songnen Plain. The results showed that the individual number of small and medium-sized soil animals was significantly correlated with the number of small and medium-sized soil animals. The variation trend of individual number and group number of small and medium-sized soil fauna is basically decreasing from Hulan to Nenjiang, that is, from low latitude to high latitude. Sorenson similarity coefficient indicates that the similarity degree between each land is relatively high. Almost all of them are very similar. There is a significant positive correlation between the number of small and medium soil fauna and the number of groups and organic matter. There is a significant positive correlation between the number of small and medium soil fauna and the organic matter. The analogies of mites and projectile tail were larger than 1 ~ 1 / A / C ~ (-1) ~ (58), which indicated that the soil ecosystem of this area was not healthy. The authors believe that the DG index is more suitable for the determination of a wide variety of soil fauna communities than the diversity index.
