水疗法与遛马法对伊犁马12 km测试赛各阶段血液指标的影响

【摘要】:【目的】评价水疗法和遛马法对运动后马匹的恢复效果,为伊犁马运动后恢复提供理论指导。【方法】12匹伊犁马经测试赛后,分别以水疗法和遛马法对马匹进行赛后恢复,并在其赛前、赛后即刻、赛后20 min和赛后1 h进行4次静脉采血,同时对所采血样进行血液指标测定。【结果】测试赛后通过不同方法进行疲劳恢复,赛后20 min和赛后1 h遛马法BE均显著高于水疗法和对照组(P0.05);赛后20 min遛马法LAC显著低于水疗法(P0.05);赛后1 h遛马法LAC极显著低于水疗法(P0.01),显著低于对照组(P0.05);赛后20 min三组马匹pH、cHCO_3~-无明显差异(P0.05);赛后1 h遛马法pH极显著高于水疗法(P0.01);水疗法和遛马法c HCO3-显著高于对照组(P0.05);赛后20 min遛马法Hb显著低于水疗法和对照组(P0.05);赛后20 min水疗法Hct显著高于遛马法(P0.05)。赛后20 min水疗法K+浓度显著低于遛马法(P0.05);水疗法Ca~(2+)浓度显著高于遛马法和对照组(P0.05);三组马匹Na+无明显差异(P0.05);赛后1h三组马匹K+、Ca~(2+)和Na+均无明显差异(P0.05)。【结论】遛马法对于酸碱平衡的调节和恢复相对较快,水疗法对于电解质的调节能力较强,因此遛马法和水疗法均可用于马匹的赛后恢复。血液中LAC、BE、pH和Ca~(2+)在不同方法恢复下差异显著,可以作为评价马匹恢复情况的指标。
[Abstract]:[objective] to evaluate the effect of hydrotherapy and horse walking method on the recovery of horses after exercise, and to provide theoretical guidance for the recovery of Yili horses after exercise. [methods] after the test of 12 Yili horses, the horses were recovered after race by hydrotherapy and walking method, respectively. Before, immediately after the match, 20 min after the match and 1 hour after the match, the blood samples were collected four times by vein, and the blood indexes were measured. [results] fatigue recovery was carried out by different methods after the test. At 20 min after race and 1 hour after race, be was significantly higher than that of hydrotherapy and control group (P0.05N), the LAC of walking horse was significantly lower than that of hydrotherapy at 20 min after race, the LAC of walking horse was significantly lower than that of hydrotherapy at 1 h after race, which was significantly lower than that of control group (P0.05A), and that of control group (20 min) was significantly lower than that of control group (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in pH value of the three min groups (P 0.05); the pH of the horse walking method was significantly higher than that of the hydrotherapy group at 1 h after the race, the value of c HCO 3- was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), the HB of the horse walking method 20 min after the race was significantly lower than that of the hydrotherapy group and the control group (P 0.05), and 20 min after the race, the value of the horse walking method was significantly lower than that of the water therapy group and the control group. Hct of hydrotherapy was significantly higher than that of walking horse (P0.05), K concentration of hydrotherapy 20 min after race was significantly lower than that of P0.05, Ca~(2 of hydrotherapy was significantly higher than that of walking horse and control group (P0.05), there was no significant difference in Na between the three groups (P0.05), and one hour after race, the concentration of K CaCa2 in the three groups was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). [conclusion] the adjustment and recovery of acid-base balance by horse walking method is relatively fast, and there is no significant difference between Na and P0.05. [conclusion] the regulation and recovery of acid-base balance by horse walking method is relatively fast. Hydrotherapy has a strong capacity to regulate electrolytes, so both horse walking and hydrotherapy can be used for the recovery of horses after race. There are significant differences in pH and Ca~(2 in blood between different methods, which can be used as an index to evaluate the recovery of horses.
