猪Nramp1基因内含子6多态性与仔猪腹泻的相关性

【摘要】:为了研究猪Nramp1基因内含子6的多态性与仔猪腹泻的相关性,采用PCR-RFLP法对八眉猪和烟台黑猪Nramp1基因内含子6的多态性进行研究。结果表明:两个猪种在该基因内含子6的多态性较低,共检测到两个等位基因(A、B)和两种基因型(AB、BB),八眉猪多态信息含量(PIC)为0.33,烟台黑猪为0.36。卡方适合性检验显示,两猪种的Nramp1基因内含子6极显著偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P0.01)。相关性分析结果表明,八眉猪对腹泻的抵抗能力显著高于烟台黑猪(P0.05)。性别与Nramp1基因内含子6基因型对仔猪腹泻影响不显著(P0.05),而性别与基因型的互作对仔猪腹泻有显著影响(P0.05),在母猪群体中,AB基因型的腹泻评分极显著大于BB基因型(P0.01);在公猪群体中,AB和BB基因型腹泻评分差异不显著(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:To study the association between the polymorphism of intron 6 of Nramp1 gene and diarrhea in piglets. The polymorphism of intron 6 of Nramp1 gene in Bamei pig and Yantai black pig was studied by PCR-RFLP method. Two alleles were detected and two genotypes, the polymorphic information content (Pi) of Bamei pig and Yantai black pig were 0.33 and 0.36 respectively. Chi-square fitness test showed that intron 6 of Nramp1 gene of two breeds deviated from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium P0.01a significantly. The resistance ability of Bamei pig to diarrhea was significantly higher than that of Yantai black pig P0.05.The sex and Nramp1 gene intron 6 genotype had no significant effect on diarrhea of piglets, while the interaction of sex and genotype had significant effect on diarrhea of piglets, especially in sows. The diarrhea score of genotype B was significantly higher than that of genotype BB (P 0.01), but there was no significant difference in diarrhea score between genotype AB and genotype BB in boar population (P 0.05).
