豫西某规模化猪场猪繁殖与呼吸综合征抗体检测与分析

【摘要】:猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)对养猪业的危害很大。2014年7月,在豫西某规模化猪场出现母猪流产、死胎,保育猪死亡率上升,呼吸急促、体温升高、食欲下降、个别猪出现耳部出血、淤血呈紫红色等症状。随后针对PRRS对该猪场进行调查,用PRRSV弱毒苗进行集中免疫,对PRRSV血清抗体进行检测与分析,提出适合本场的最佳免疫方案,为控制该场PRRSV的感染提供技术支持。在免疫前,随机抽取母猪和公猪共140头进行抗体检测,发现抗体阳性率达到22.14%。在免疫前未检出抗体的母猪中,选取35头妊娠母猪,分别在妊娠后7 d、30 d、50 d、70 d、90 d 5个不同时间进行免疫,在免疫后7 d、21 d、28 d、56 d、84 d、110 d分别进行PRRSV抗体检测。结果表明,免疫后21 d~84 d抗体维持较高水平,直至免疫后110 d抗体仍有保护作用。在免疫前未检出抗体的母猪中,在其妊娠不同时间标记8个组进行免疫,各组选取3头母猪,待分娩后,各组随机选取6头仔猪,在14 d对PRRSV母源抗体进行检测。结果表明,母猪在妊娠36 d~110 d时免疫后,所产仔猪在14 d时抗体较高,但猪群中50 d前和80 d后免疫的妊娠母猪有流产现象。因此,确定在妊娠50 d~80 d进行母猪免疫接种。选择妊娠50 d~80 d的7头母猪进行PRRSV弱毒苗免疫,待分娩后分别抽取6头仔猪,在7 d、14 d、21 d、28 d、35 d、45 d、55 d进行PRRSV母源抗体检测。结果表明,仔猪在产后至21 d一直维持着较高的PRRSV母源抗体水平,至35 d时母源抗体接近临界值(S/P≥0.4为抗体阳性)。因此,确定仔猪的首免时间为产后35 d。
[Abstract]:In July 2014, in a large-scale pig farm in western Henan Province, sow abortion, stillbirth, increased mortality, rapid breathing, elevated body temperature, decreased appetite, and ear hemorrhage occurred in some pigs. The blood congestion showed purple red and other symptoms. Then the pig farm was investigated with PRRSV attenuated vaccine, the serum antibody of PRRSV was detected and analyzed, and the best immunization scheme was put forward. In order to provide technical support for the control of PRRSV infection, a total of 140 sows and boars were randomly selected for antibody detection before immunization, and the antibody positive rate reached 22.14. 35 pregnant sows were selected among the sows that did not detect antibodies before immunization. Seven sows were selected to be immunized with PRRSV attenuated vaccine on day 50 to day 80 of gestation, 6 piglets were selected after delivery, and the maternal antibodies of PRRSV were detected at day 14, day 14, day 21, day 28, day 28, day 35, day 45, day 55, respectively.
