鹅日粮含水量及纤维构成对营养物质利用的影响

【摘要】:近年来,有关鹅日粮的纤维来源及水平的相关研究报道很多,但是对于鹅日粮含水量与纤维构成及其二者之间的关系的研究尚不充分。鹅日粮的合理搭配,选择适宜的日粮纤维来源,可提高鹅的生产性能。因此,本试验以苜蓿、玉米青贮以及白菜为纤维源,研究了日粮含水量及纤维构成对鹅的营养物质利用的影响,将为合理搭配鹅日粮提供理论依据和参考。试验一:日粮含水量对鹅营养物质利用的影响实验结果表明,日粮能量表观利用率测定结果,日粮含水量为14.67%组与50%、60%、70%组差异均极显著(P0.01),日粮含水量50%组与日粮含水量为70%处理组差异显著(P0.05)。各处理组间氮的表观沉积率差异均不显著(P㧐0.05)。日粮含水量60%组与日粮含水量50%组、70%组粗纤维消化、中性洗涤纤维率、酸性洗涤纤维消化率差异均极显著(P0.01);日粮天然含水量处理组与含水量为50%组粗纤维消化率差异显著(P0.05);日粮含水量70%组与天然含水量处理组及50%组粗纤维消化率差异均显著(P0.05)。日粮天然水分处理组与日粮含水量50%组NDF消化率、酸性洗涤纤维消化率差异均极显著(P0.01)。试验二:日粮纤维构成对鹅营养物质利用的影响试验结果表明,能量表观利用率的测定结果,苜蓿组与玉米青贮组及白菜组均极显著(P㩳0.01);各处理组间氮的表观沉积率差异均不显著(P㧐0.05);白菜组与玉米青贮组及苜蓿组粗纤维消化率差异均极显著(P㩳0.01),玉米青贮组与白菜组及苜蓿组的NDF消化率差异均极显著(P㩳0.01)。酶解高消化纤维与粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维消化率均呈极显著正相关(P㩳0.01)。酶解高消化纤维含量与能量表观利用率呈极显著正相关(P㩳0.01)。酶解高消化纤维含量占中性洗涤纤维的比值与能量表观利用率呈极显著的正相关(P0.01),酶解高效化纤维含量占总纤维的比值与能量表观利用率呈极显著正相关(P0.01)。酶解木质素的含量与粗纤维及酸性洗涤纤维消化率均呈显著负相关(P㩳0.05)。酶解木质素的含量与中性洗涤纤维消化率呈显著负相关(P㩳0.05)。综上所述:1.鹅日粮含水量影响营养物质的利用,当日粮含水量60%时为最高。2.当鹅日粮含水量为60%时,日粮纤维构成影响营养物质的利用效率,其中酶解高消化纤维含量与能量表观利用率、纤维组分消化率均呈正相关。酶解高消化纤维与中性洗涤纤维、总纤维的比值与能量表观消化率均呈正相关。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there have been a lot of reports on fiber sources and levels of goose diets, but the relationship between dietary water content and fiber composition and their relationship between dietary water content and fiber composition of geese has not been fully studied. Therefore, using alfalfa, corn silage and cabbage as fiber source, the effects of dietary water content and fiber composition on nutrient utilization of geese were studied. Experiment 1: effects of dietary water content on the utilization of nutrients in geese. The results showed that the apparent utilization rate of dietary energy was measured. The difference of dietary water content of 14.67% group and that of 50% group was extremely significant (P 0.01), and the difference between 50% group and 70% treatment group was significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in apparent nitrogen deposition rate between each treatment group. The digestibility of crude fiber and the percentage of neutral detergent fiber in 60% and 50% groups of dietary water content were determined. The difference of digestibility of acid detergent fiber was extremely significant (P 0.01), the digestibility of crude fiber between natural water treatment group and 50% water content group was significantly different (P 0.05), and the digestibility of crude fiber between 70% dietary water content group and natural water content treatment group and 50% water content treatment group was different from that of natural water content treatment group. The digestibility of NDF in the natural water treatment group and the 50% diet water content group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The effects of dietary fiber composition on nutrient utilization of geese showed that the apparent energy utilization rate of alfalfa, corn silage and cabbage were significantly higher than that of alfalfa and maize silage. There was no significant difference in the apparent deposition rate of nitrogen among the treatments. The digestibility of crude fiber in cabbage group, corn silage group and alfalfa group were significantly different. The NDF digestibility of maize silage group, cabbage group and alfalfa group were significantly different. The digestibility of enzyme hydrolyzed high digestible fiber, crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber were significantly positive correlation (P < 0. 01). The content of digestible fiber in enzymatic hydrolysis was positively correlated with the apparent energy utilization ratio (P < 0.05). The ratio of enzymatic hydrolyzed high digestible fiber content to neutral washing fiber was positively correlated with the apparent energy utilization ratio (P 0.01), and the ratio of enzymatic high digestible fiber content to total fiber content was significantly positive correlation with the energy apparent utilization ratio (P 0.01), and the ratio of enzymatic high digestible fiber content to total fiber was significantly positive correlation with energy apparent utilization ratio (P 0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between lignin content and digestibility of crude fiber and acid detergent fiber. The content of enzymatic lignin was negatively correlated with the digestibility of neutral detergent fiber. The dietary water content of geese affects the utilization of nutrients, and the highest one is 60%. When the dietary water content of goose is 600.The fiber composition of the diet affects the utilization efficiency of nutrients. There was a positive correlation between the content of digestible fiber and the apparent utilization rate of energy, the digestibility of fiber component, the ratio of total fiber and the apparent digestibility of energy, and the ratio of digestible fiber to neutral detergent fiber.
