奶牛不孕症调查及中药复方对产后牛保健作用的研究

【摘要】:内蒙古为奶牛养殖大区,呼和浩特市被誉为中国的乳都,奶牛养殖在畜牧业生产中占有举足轻重的地位。但奶牛不孕症是严重影响奶牛业发展的顽疾之一,本病发病率高、淘汰率高,常常造成巨大的经济损失。不孕症的发生发展与围产期疾病有密切关系。围产期是奶牛泌乳、繁殖、饲养和管理的过渡期,围产期中分娩期和产褥期是奶牛能否顺利过渡到泌乳期的关键时段。本论文对①内蒙古巴彦淖尔和呼和浩特两地6座规模化养牛场奶牛不孕症进行了调查;②对患产褥期子宫炎和临床子宫内膜炎的病牛及顺产健康对照组牛产后血浆中细胞因子(IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、TGF-β),急性期蛋白Hp,抗氧化等指标(T-AOC、GSH-Px、CAT、SOD、MDA)进行了检测;③灌服中药复方后对正常分娩牛和分娩后空白对照牛血浆中的上述指标进行检测。结果:①内蒙古巴彦淖尔和呼和浩特两地不孕症奶牛分别占被调查牛总数的20.29%和19.80%;产后恢复期的生殖系统疾病导致空怀天数延长;不孕淘汰的各种疾病牛(除习惯性流产外)空怀均超过150 d以上,而且不孕牛的平均累积配次和胎次之间差异较显著。②产褥期子宫炎牛(病牛)T-AOC、GSH-Px在产后7d显著高于对照组,CAT在产后3d显著高于对照组;而SOD差异不显著。病牛组内MDA随时间变化不显著,对照组内MDA产后显著降低。病牛与对照组之间IL-1β、IL-6、 IL-10、TNF-α、TGF-β、Hp没有显著差异。临床子宫内膜炎牛与对照血浆T-AOC、 SOD、GSH-Px、CAT、MDA、IL-1β、 IL-6、IL-10差异不显著;Hp、TGF-β显著高于对照组;TNF-a极显著高于对照组。③用药后高、中、低剂量组产后14dHp均显著低于对照组。用药组内GSH-Px、CAT、T-AOC、IL-1β、IL-6显著升高,对照组内变化不显著。用药组21 d IL-1β、Hp显著高于对照组;IL-107 d显著高于对照组;TNF-α、TGF-β组间差异不显著。中药复方能降低产褥期子宫炎的发病率;并能缩短产犊受孕间隔时间。结论:不孕症牛在调查的牛场中发病率仍较高,做好接产、产后保健护理和健康监控是降低不孕症的有效途径。产褥期子宫炎奶牛抗氧化能力显著增强;脂质过氧化物变化不明显,表明其抗病能力代偿性增强。中药复方可提高产后奶牛子宫固有免疫机能,与止痛药物联合应可降低疼痛应激、促进产后恢复。
[Abstract]:The city of Hohhot is regarded as the milk capital of China. Dairy cow breeding plays an important role in animal husbandry, but cow infertility is one of the stubborn diseases that seriously affect the development of dairy cattle industry, and the incidence of this disease is high. The occurrence and development of infertility is closely related to perinatal diseases. Perinatal period is a transitional period for milk, reproduction, feeding and management of dairy cows. The period of parturition and puerperium during perinatal period is the key period for the smooth transition of cows to lactation. In this paper, two pairs of infertility were investigated in 6 large-scale cattle farms of Bayan Nur and Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. Plasma cytokines IL-1 尾, IL-6, IL-10, TNF- 尾, Hpand antioxidative indexes of hysteritis and clinical endometritis in puerperium and healthy control cattle after delivery were determined. The serum levels of TGF- 尾, Hpand antioxidative indexes such as T-AOCCGSH-PxCATX CATX SODDMDA3 were measured in normal delivery cattle and normal delivery cattle after oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Results the sterile cows in Bayan Nur of Inner Mongolia and Hohhot accounted for 20.29% and 19.80% of the total number of cows, respectively, and the days of empty pregnancy were prolonged due to reproductive system diseases during postpartum convalescence. The sterility of cattle with various diseases (except habitual abortion) was more than 150 days. Moreover, the difference between the average cumulative match and birth order of infertile cattle was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 7th day postpartum, and the difference between them was higher than that in the control group on the 3rd day after delivery. 2. The GSH-Px of hysteritis cattle at puerperium stage was significantly higher than that of the control group at 7 days postpartum. However, there was no significant difference in SOD. The changes of MDA in the diseased cattle group were not significant with time. There was no significant difference in IL-1 尾 -IL-6, IL-10 TNF- 伪 TGF- 尾 Hp between the diseased cattle and the control group. There was no significant difference between the clinical endometritis cattle and the control group in plasma T-AOC, SODD-GSH-PxCATDA-MDA-IL-1 尾, IL-6TGF- 尾, IL-6TGF- 尾, which was significantly higher than that in the control group. The postpartum 14dHp in the low dose group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The changes in the control group were not significant. The IL-1 尾 -Hp in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group at day 1077.There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group. The Chinese medicine compound could reduce the incidence of puerperal hysteritis. Conclusion: the incidence rate of infertility cattle in the cattle farm investigated is still high. Postpartum health care and health monitoring are effective ways to reduce infertility. The antioxidation ability of hysteritis cows during puerperium period is significantly increased, and the changes of lipid peroxides are not obvious. The results showed that the compensatory ability of resistance to disease was enhanced. Chinese herbal compound could improve the inherent immune function of uterus in postpartum cows, and combined with analgesic drugs could reduce pain stress and promote postpartum recovery.
