饱和水溶液法制备莫能菌素-β-环糊精包合物的研究

【摘要】:为研究莫能菌素包合物的制备工艺,以β-环糊精为包合材料,采用饱和水溶液法制备莫能菌素β-环糊精包合物。用红外光谱法(IR)对包合物进行物相鉴定。以包合率为指标,运用正交设计法,确定最佳处方和工艺条件。IR结果表明,药物与环糊精形成了包合物。当投料比为3∶1,包合温度为40℃,搅拌时间1.5h时,该制备工艺最佳,包合率为57.54%。该制备工艺可行,扩大了莫能菌素的应用,为莫能菌素的剂型改进奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:In order to study the preparation process of monensin inclusion complex, 尾 -cyclodextrin inclusion compound was prepared by saturated aqueous solution method with 尾 -cyclodextrin as inclusion material.The phase of inclusion complex was identified by IR.The inclusion rate was taken as the index and the optimum prescription and technological conditions were determined by orthogonal design.
