金寨黑毛猪放养效果的研究

【摘要】:在放养条件下,首先对不同断奶日龄的金寨地方黑毛猪进行试验:将9窝仔猪随机的分成三组,分别在21、28和35日龄断奶,发现金寨地方黑毛猪在不同的断奶日龄仔猪生长的速度变化规律;其次,分别选择初始体重在20至35 kg的三组金寨地方黑猪进行放养,分别按不同量补饲精料,探索本体重阶段的黑毛猪饲喂量如何合理分配;再次,分别选取初始体重在15~25、25~35和35~45Kg的三组金寨地方黑毛猪开展放养试验,发现散放时间与后期饲养增重速度规律;最后,选取本地散放上市的黑毛猪肉和市场销售规模养猪场的商品猪肉进行脂肪酸各成分含量分析,分析得出两种猪肉脂肪酸含量的差别。试验结果如下:1.不同断奶日龄对断奶后仔猪的摄食量和生长速度具重要影响金寨地方黑毛猪在3~5周龄时断奶,其平均的初始体重无明显不同;断奶后前2周,各小组的增重数都不明显,在断奶的2~8周,28日龄断奶组的平均生长增重速度明显高于21和35日龄断奶组。2.相同生猪体重补饲不同量对生态放养金寨地方黑毛猪的生长速度和料肉比均有显著的影响试验结果发现:放养60d时,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的平均体重显著高于Ⅰ组;到放养的后期Ⅰ组的平均日增重极显著低于Ⅱ、Ⅲ组;放养中期,Ⅲ组的料肉比显著高于Ⅱ组;放养后期,Ⅰ组和Ⅲ组的料肉比显著高于Ⅱ组。3.不同的初始体重地方放养黑毛猪相同补饲量对其增重速度影响明显在放牧的前2周,不同初始体重的地方黑毛猪的平均日增速十分接近,但在放养4~6周和6~8周阶段,初始体重初始体重越大的猪增重速度越快。4.不同的生猪品种和养殖模式下饲喂的猪肉不饱和脂肪酸的含量上差异显著采用面积校正归一法进行测定,金寨黑毛猪与集约规模白猪肌间脂肪中饱和脂肪酸含量差异不显著;但金寨黑毛猪猪肉肌间脂肪不饱和脂肪酸含量明显高于规模养殖场白猪不饱和脂肪酸的含量,差异极显著。综合以上研究成果可知,金寨地方黑毛猪放养条件下,28日龄断奶组仔猪的生长速度明显较快;40kg以下的金寨地方黑毛猪的补饲量以1.0kg/d为宜,而40~50kg的地方黑毛猪补饲量则以1.25kg/d较为为宜;相同补饲量条件下,放养初始体重越大的仔猪在后期增重速度越快;且金寨散放黑毛猪肉中的不饱和脂肪酸的含量比普通集约化养殖白猪肉的要明显高很多。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of stocking, the experiment was carried out on Jinzhai local black wool pigs of different weaning days. Nine piglets were randomly divided into three groups, which were weaned at 21 ~ 28 and 35 days old, respectively. It was found that the growth rate of Jinzhai local black hairy pigs varied with different weaning days. Secondly, three groups of Jinzhai local black pigs with initial body weight of 20 to 35 kg were selected and fed with different amounts of concentrate. Thirdly, three groups of local black wool pigs with initial body weight of 1525, 25, 25 and 35~45Kg were selected to carry out stocking experiments. The results showed that the time of dispersal and the speed of weight gain in later feeding were found. The fatty acid content of black hairy pork and commercial pork of pig farm were analyzed. The difference of fatty acid content between the two kinds of pork was obtained. The results were as follows: 1. Different weaning days had an important effect on the feed intake and growth rate of the piglets after weaning, and the local black wool pigs in Jinzhai were weaned at the age of 3 to 5 weeks. There was no significant difference in the average initial weight, and the weight gain of each group was not significant in the first two weeks after weaning. The average growth and weight gain rate of 28 days weaning group was significantly higher than that of 21 and 35 days weaning group. 2. The growth rate and feed / meat ratio of local black wool pigs in Jinzhai area were significantly different from the same body weight supplementation.
