乳酸菌固体发酵扶正解毒散的工艺优化研究

【摘要】:为研究扶正解毒散及其组方各味中药对乳酸菌生长的影响,提高扶正解毒散中乳酸菌的数量,将乳酸菌分别接种于扶正解毒散及单味中药中,并利用正交试验设计的方法对发酵条件及培养基进行优化。结果显示乳酸菌可以在扶正解毒散及组方各味中药中生长,最优发酵条件为:温度32℃,含水量40%,接种量10%;最适营养物质添加量为每千克培养基中含红糖5g、酵母粉3g、蛋白胨3g。结果表明,乳酸菌能发酵扶正解毒散,与初始发酵条件及培养基相比,乳酸菌活菌数提高了10.59倍,为2.11×10~9 CFU/g。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of Fuzheng jiedu powder and its components on the growth of lactic acid bacteria, and to increase the number of lactic acid bacteria in Fuzheng jiedu powder, the lactic acid bacteria were inoculated in Fuzheng jiedu powder and single Chinese medicine respectively.The fermentation conditions and culture medium were optimized by orthogonal design.The results showed that lactic acid bacteria could grow in Fuzheng jiedu powder and its components.
