乳酸菌对蛋鸡产蛋后期营养物质消化代谢的影响

【摘要】:试验旨在研究日粮中添喂不同水平乳酸菌(Lactobacillus,LAB)对蛋鸡产蛋后期营养物质消化代谢的影响。试验选取体重相近、健康状况良好的60周龄京红蛋鸡40只,随机分为4组,每组10只。试验期为21 d,其中饲料转换期7 d,预饲期7 d,正试期7 d。对照组、试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组在饲喂相同饲粮的条件下分别添喂0、50、100、150 mg/kg乳酸菌。结果表明:(1)在蛋鸡产蛋后期的日粮中添喂不同水平乳酸菌,均能显著或极显著地提高蛋鸡对日粮中干物质、有机物、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪的消化量与消化率。(2)与对照组相比,各试验组均提高了蛋鸡在产蛋后期代谢能的表观消化率,改善了钙、磷的保留率。综合考虑,在本试验条件下,蛋鸡产蛋后期的日粮中添喂乳酸菌可以改善蛋鸡的消化代谢性能,提高饲料的转化率,建议饲喂量为150 mg/kg。
