“张杂谷”饲草加工调制技术及营养价值评定研究

【摘要】:本研究就“张杂谷”饲草开展了谷草氨化、全株谷子青贮和收获籽实后谷秸黄贮三种加工调制技术探究,通过营养成分含量变化和体外产气法评定其对“张杂谷”饲草营养价值的影响,以确立“张杂谷”饲草适宜的加工调制技术。研究分三个试验进行:(1)不同尿素水平(占秸秆重的3%、4%、5%和6%)和水用量(20%、30%、40%和50%)对氨化谷草的养分含量和体外培养发酵产气规律的影响。结果表明:5%和6%尿素氨化谷草中的CP含量极显著高于3%和4%尿素氨化谷草(P0.01)。随尿素用量的增加,氨化谷草中的NDF含量降低。水用量对氨化谷草中CP含量及结构性纤维成分含量均未产生显著影响(P0.05)。随着尿素添加水平的升高,氨化谷草的营养物质降解率和体外发酵指标均有不同程度提高。综合评定,氨化谷草的适宜尿素用量为5%,水用量为50%。(2)两种处理形式(处理A:在全株谷子青贮中添加2%、4%和6%的糖蜜;处理B:在处理A的基础上再添加1.5‰的菌剂)对全株谷子青贮的养分含量和体外培养发酵产气规律的影响,结果表明:处理A中4%糖蜜全株谷子青贮的CP含量高于2%和6%糖蜜全株谷子青贮,而NDF含量低于2%和6%糖蜜全株谷子青贮;处理B与处理A结果相似。两种处理方式均能不同程度的提高营养物质降解率和体外发酵指标。综合评价,全株谷子青贮时添加4%糖蜜为宜。(3)四种处理形式(处理A:添加收获籽实后谷秸鲜重1‰、2‰、3‰的菌剂;处理B:添加谷秸鲜重2%、3%、4%的尿素及2‰的菌剂;处理C:添加谷秸鲜重0.5%、1%、2%的玉米面;处理D:在处理C的基础上分别再添加2%尿素+2‰菌剂)对谷草黄贮的养分含量和体外培养发酵产气规律的影响,结果表明:如以CP和NDF含量评价谷草品质,处理A效果最好。处理A和处理B均提高了CPD,处理B极显著提高了黄贮谷草的NDFD(P0.01)。综合分析,谷草黄贮的适宜方式为处理A,以添加1‰菌剂效果最佳。本研究结果表明,“张杂谷”谷草氨化的适宜尿素用量为5%,水用量为50%;“张杂谷”全株青贮以添加4%的糖蜜为宜;“张杂谷”谷草黄贮以添加1‰菌剂效果最佳。确立了“张杂谷”饲草的适宜氨化、青贮和黄贮加工调制技术。
[Abstract]:In this study, three kinds of processing and modulation techniques, including ammoniation of cereal grass, silage of whole plant millet and yellow silage of grain straw after harvest of seed, were carried out in the forage of "Zhangzagu".The nutritional value of "Zhangzagu" forage was evaluated by the change of nutrient content and the method of gas production in vitro, in order to establish the suitable processing technology of "Zhangzagu" forage grass.The effects of different urea levels (3% and 6% of straw weight) and water dosage of 20% and 30% and 50% on the nutrient content of ammoniated cereal grass and the rule of fermentation gas production in vitro were studied in three experiments.The results showed that the content of CP in the ammoniated cereal grass of 5% and 6% urea was significantly higher than that of 3% and 4% urea ammoniated cereal grass (P0.01).The content of NDF in ammoniated cereal grass decreased with the increase of urea dosage.The amount of water had no significant effect on the content of CP and the content of structural fiber in ammoniated cereal grass.With the increase of urea addition level, the degradation rate of nutrients and the in vitro fermentation index of ammoniated cereal grasses increased in varying degrees.According to the comprehensive evaluation, the appropriate amount of urea and water for ammoniated cereal grass were 5 and 50, respectively) (treatment A: 2% and 6% molasses were added to the whole millet silage;The effect of treatment B: adding 1.5 鈥,
