复合麻醉剂KMT对八眉猪血流动力学及肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的影响

【摘要】:为探讨复合麻醉剂KMT对八眉猪血流动力学的影响及其作用机制,给8只8~10周龄的八眉猪根据体质量肌肉注射KMT 0.1mL/kg,在注药前及注药后5、10、15、30、45、60、80、100、120min进行无创血压、HR的监测,并同步采取前腔静脉血样,采用放免法测定血浆中PRA、AⅡ和ALD的质量浓度。结果发现,血压和HR在注药后10min时达到最高值,之后开始逐渐下降,到80min时降至最低,之后开始升高。PRA、AⅡ和ALD与SBP、DBP、MAP及HR的变化趋势大致相似,且存在一定的相关性。表明PRA、AⅡ和ALD参与KMT引起的八眉猪血流动力学变化过程,肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统的变化可能是KMT引起八眉猪血流动力学变化的主要作用机制之一。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of compound anesthetic KMT on the hemodynamics of eight eyebrow pigs and the mechanism of action, 8 weeks old eight eyebrow pigs were injected with KMT 0.1mL/kg according to body mass. Before and after injection, the non invasive blood pressure and HR were monitored, and the anterior vena cava blood samples were collected synchronously, and the blood plasma was measured by radioimmunoassay. The mass concentration of medium PRA, A II and ALD found that blood pressure and HR reached the highest value at 10min after the injection, and then began to decline gradually, to the lowest level to 80min, and then to begin to increase.PRA. A II and ALD were similar to SBP, DBP, MAP, and there was a certain correlation. The changes in hemodynamics and the changes of renin angiotensin aldosterone system may be one of the main mechanisms of KMT induced hemodynamic changes in eight eyebrow pigs.
