自走式青饲料收获机关键部件设计及仿真

【摘要】:青饲料收获机主要用来收获玉米、高粱、牧草等作物,其发展对农、畜牧业产生了巨大的影响,有效提高了农、畜牧业带来的国民经济。随着科技的革新,青饲料收获机的性能也在不断的改进。针对目前我国青饲料收获机可靠性差、割幅小、高能耗、切断不均及破碎率等问题,设计了高效、低能耗和高质量的青饲料收获机,以期有效改善青饲料收获机的收获效果及适应性。本课题主要研究内容包括以下几部分:1.同轴双转速割台本设计研究的青饲料收获机收获割台为同轴双转速割台,通过对刀盘上的刀片及割台整体结构进行优化设计,提高割台喂入、切割效率,基于SolidWorks利用有限元分析对刀片进行静力学特性分析和模态分析。2.喂入切碎抛送装置喂入切碎抛送装置是青饲料收获机的重要结构,其作用是由喂入辊将割台割倒的秸秆压缩、喂入到切碎器,再由切碎器将输送过来的青饲作物茎秆切碎并由抛送装置抛送至抛料筒。在对喂入切碎抛送装置工作部件设计的基础上,利用有限元分析对动刀片进行静力学特性分析和模态分析。3.籽粒破碎装置针对青饲料收获机9QSZ-3000在茎穗收获蜡熟期玉米籽粒难破碎,影响青饲料适口性及消化吸收难的问题,设计了用于提高青贮玉米籽粒破碎率的对辊式籽粒破碎装置,基于SolidWorks对盘刀及破碎辊轴进行静力学特性分析和模态分析。经初步生产应用,该籽粒破碎装置结构紧凑,工作面长度比传统的破碎辊长3倍左右,降低约30%能耗,籽粒破碎率达到了90%以上。
[Abstract]:Green feed harvester is mainly used to harvest corn, sorghum, forage and other crops, its development has a great impact on agriculture and animal husbandry, and has effectively improved the national economy brought about by agriculture and animal husbandry. With the innovation of science and technology, the performance of green feed harvester is improving constantly. Aiming at the problems of poor reliability, small cutting width, high energy consumption, uneven cutting and breaking rate of green feed harvester in China, a green feed harvester with high efficiency, low energy consumption and high quality was designed. In order to effectively improve the harvesting effect and adaptability of green feed harvester. The main content of this research includes the following parts: 1. The harvesting table of the green feed harvester, which is designed and studied in this paper, is a coaxial double-speed cutting table. By optimizing the blade on the cutter head and the overall structure of the cutting table, the feeding and cutting efficiency of the cutting table can be improved. Based on SolidWorks, finite element analysis is used to analyze the static characteristics and modal analysis of the blade. Feeding, shredding and throwing device is an important structure of the green feed harvester. Its function is to compress the straw cut down by the feed roller and feed it into the shredder. The green forage crop stalks are then chopped by the shredder and thrown into the barrel by the throwing device. Based on the design of the working parts of the feeding, shredding and throwing device, the static characteristics and modal analysis of the moving blade are analyzed by using the finite element analysis (FEM). Aimed at the problem of difficult breakage of corn grain in the waxy stage of stalk and ear harvesting with 9QSZ-3000, which affected the palatability of green feed and the difficulty of digestion and absorption, the grain crushing device was designed to improve the crushing rate of silage corn grain. Based on SolidWorks, static analysis and modal analysis of disc cutter and broken roller shaft are carried out. Through the preliminary production and application, the grain crushing device is compact, the working face length is about 3 times longer than the traditional crushing roller, the energy consumption is reduced by about 30%, and the grain crushing rate is more than 90%.
