亮氨酸对断奶仔猪血浆游离氨基酸浓度变化的影响

【摘要】：选取18头(28±2)d日龄的"杜×长×大"三元杂交断奶仔猪(8.36±0.75)kg,采用完全随机试验设计,将试猪分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复1头猪,分别饲喂含合成亮氨酸0、0.27%、0.55%的低蛋白(16.90%CP)日粮,研究其对断奶仔猪采食后4 h内血浆游离氨基酸浓度变化的影响。试验结果表明,当断奶仔猪空腹(0 h)和采食后1 h以内,各组间的氨基酸浓度均无显著性变化(P0.05)。采食后第2 h,中水平和高水平组缬氨酸的浓度显著低于对照组(P0.05),高水平组异亮氨酸的浓度极显著高于对照组和中水平组(P0.01),其余氨基酸浓度无显著差异(P0.05);采食后第3 h,中水平和高水平组缬氨酸和异亮氨酸的浓度极显著低于对照组(P0.01),精氨酸和赖氨酸的浓度均显著低于对照组(P0.05),其余氨基酸浓度无显著变化(P0.05);采食后第4 h,各组氨基酸浓度均无显著差异(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:Eighteen 脳 28 卤2 days old "du 脳 long 脳 big" three-way crossbred weanling piglets were selected, and were randomly divided into 3 treatments with 6 replicates and 1 pig per replica by a complete randomized trial design. The diets containing 0.55% of synthetic leucine 0.27 and 0.55% of low protein were fed to study the effects of the diets on the changes of plasma free amino acids in weaned piglets within 4 hours after feeding. The results showed that there was no significant change in the concentration of amino acids in each group when weaning piglets were fed for 0 h) and within 1 h after feeding. At the 2nd hour after feeding, the concentration of valine in middle and high level groups was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.05), the concentration of isoleucine in high level group was significantly higher than that in control group and medium level group (P 0.01), and there was no significant difference in other amino acid concentrations between the two groups (P 0.05). At 3 h, the concentrations of valine and isoleucine in the middle and high level groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.01), the concentrations of arginine and lysine were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 0.05), and the other amino acid concentrations had no significant change (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in amino acid concentration (P0.05).
