日粮蛋白水平对陕北白绒山羊种公羊生产性能和繁殖性能的影响

【摘要】:本试验通过饲养试验和消化试验,研究日粮蛋白质水平对绒山羊种公羊生产性能、血液指标和精液品质的影响,综合考虑确定种公羊的蛋白需要量,为建立我国绒山羊营养需要模型奠定基础,从而为最大限度的提高我国绒山羊生产性能以及饲料利用效率提供理论和应用基础。试验一:日粮蛋白水平对陕北白绒山羊种公羊体重和养分消化率的影响试验选取12只陕北白绒山羊种公羊,采用随机区组设计分为4组,每组3只,根据NRC推荐量的70%,85%,100%,115%分别饲喂4种蛋白水平日粮:5.10%,7.11%,8.07%,9.35%。试验分为3个时期:配种预备期(50 d)、配种正式期(采精频率五天两次期,20 d;五天四次期,20 d),恢复期(30 d)。每个阶段均进行消化试验,测定种公羊的养分消化率。结果发现:(1)各时期不同处理组种公羊日增重差异显著(P0.05),日增重随蛋白水平的升高而升高。(2)各时期不同处理组种公羊的粗蛋白消化率差异显著(P0.05),但干物质、粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维消化率均差异不显著(P0.05)。试验二:日粮蛋白水平对陕北白绒山羊种公羊血清生化指标、生殖激素含量和精液品质的影响试验选取12只陕北白绒山羊种公羊,采用随机区组设计分为4组,每组3只,分别饲喂4种蛋白水平日粮:5.10%,7.11%,8.07%,9.35%。试验分为3个时期:配种预备期(50 d)、配种正式期(采精频率五天两次期,20 d;五天四次期,20 d),恢复期(30 d)。试验使用假阴道法采集精液,并在每个阶段结束后颈静脉采血测定血清生化指标和生殖激素含量。结果发现:(1)日粮蛋白水平对预备期种公羊血清中GPT和GOT活性,TP、ALB、GLO、A/G和GLU的含量无显著影响(P0.05),而对BUN影响显著(P0.05),BUN随日粮蛋白水平升高而升高。(2)日粮蛋白水平对种公羊FSH、LT和T的浓度无显著影响(P0.05),但配种阶段对种公羊FSH和睾酮含量有显著影响(P0.05)。(3)日粮蛋白水平对种公羊射精量、密度和有效精子数有显著影响,均随日粮蛋白水平的升高而升高。日粮蛋白水平对精子活力无显著影响,但随蛋白水平的升高有上升趋势(P0.05)。试验三:陕北白绒山羊种公羊蛋白需要量研究试验采用回归法和析因法相结合的方法,研究陕北白绒山羊种公羊在各配种阶段的蛋白需要量,并结合试验结果,综合考虑确定种公羊的蛋白需要量。获得陕北白绒山羊种公羊在各时期的粗蛋白(CPI)和可消化粗蛋白(DCPI)需要量回归方程为:预备期:CPI 5.095 W.0.844ADG(R2=0.997,P=0.001)DCPI 2.296 W.0.772ADG(R2=0.978,P=0.007)配种正式期:CPI 5.095W.44.20n(n,采精次数)DCPI 2.296W.38.15n (n,采精次数)恢复期:CPI 4.312 W.0.841ADG(R2=0.977,P=0.008)DCPI 2.215 W.0.803ADG(R2=0.963,P=0.012)综上所述,日粮蛋白水平对种公羊日增重、粗蛋白消化率、血清尿素氮、射精量、密度和有效精子数有显著影响,这些指标均随蛋白水平升高而升高。
[Abstract]:The effects of dietary protein level on production performance, blood index and semen quality of Cashmere Goats were studied by feeding and digesting experiments. In order to establish the nutritional requirement model of Chinese Cashmere Goats (Cashmere Goats) and provide the theoretical and practical basis for the maximum improvement of the production performance and feed utilization efficiency of Chinese Cashmere Goats (Cashmere Goats). Experiment 1: effects of dietary protein levels on body weight and nutrient digestibility of white cashmere goat breeds in Northern Shaanxi; 12 white cashmere goats were divided into 4 groups with 3 in each group. According to the recommended amount of NRC, 70%, 85% and 100% were fed with 4 kinds of protein levels, respectively, and 7. 11% and 8. 07%, 9. 35%, respectively. The experiment was divided into three periods: breeding preparation period (50 days), formal breeding period (spermatozoa frequency: five days, two periods, 20 days, five days, four periods, 20 days, convalescence, 30 days). The nutrient digestibility of male sheep was determined by digestion test in each stage. The results showed that there were significant differences in daily gain (ADG) between different treatments (P 0.05), and daily gain (ADG) increased with the increase of protein level. (2) the digestibility of crude protein in different treatments was significantly different (P 0.05), but dry matter, crude fiber, dry matter and crude fiber were significantly different between different treatments. There was no significant difference in digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber. Experiment 2: effects of dietary protein level on serum biochemical index, reproductive hormone content and semen quality of white cashmere goat breeds in Northern Shaanxi, 12 white cashmere goats were divided into 4 groups with 3 in each group. Each of them was fed with 4 kinds of protein levels: 7.11% and 8.07% and 9.35%, respectively. The experiment was divided into three periods: breeding preparation period (50 days), formal breeding period (spermatozoa frequency: five days, two periods, 20 days, five days, four periods, 20 days, convalescence, 30 days). Semen was collected by pseudovaginal method and blood samples were collected from jugular vein at the end of each stage to determine serum biochemical indexes and reproductive hormone content. The results showed that dietary protein level had no significant effect on the contents of GPT and GOT activity in serum of male sheep during the preparation period, but had no significant effect on the content of P0.05G and GLU in serum of male sheep. However, it had a significant effect on BUN. The dietary protein level increased with the increase of dietary protein level, and the effect of dietary protein level on FSHLT of male sheep was higher than that of dietary protein level. And the concentration of T had no significant effect on the ejaculation of male sheep, but the content of FSH and testosterone in breeding ram was significantly affected by dietary protein level. The density and the number of effective sperm increased with the increase of dietary protein level. Dietary protein level had no significant effect on sperm motility, but increased with the increase of protein level. Experiment 3: protein requirement of White Cashmere Goat breeds in Northern Shaanxi Province combined with regression method and factorization method, the protein requirement of white cashmere goat in different breeding stages was studied, and the results of the experiment were combined.
