增温增雨对克氏针茅草原土壤微生物群落特征及酶活性的影响

【摘要】:随着全球气候变暖的日益加剧,温度升高和降水格局的变化已毋庸置疑。内蒙古克氏针茅草原地处干旱半干旱地区,对气候环境的变化响应敏感,研究内蒙古典型草原对气候变化的响应有助于确定未来气候变化下草原生态系统的适应方式。本文以内蒙古克氏针茅草原为研究对象,在2011年生长季利用开顶式生长室(OTC)对其进行增温增雨试验,探讨草地微生物和土壤酶活性对气候变化的响应机理,以期为未来气候变化提供基础数据和理论依据。主要包括以下结论:(1)增温处理显著增加了土壤温度,降低了土壤湿度;增雨处理显著增加土壤湿度而降低了土壤温度。增温、增雨及交互作用对土壤pH、有机质、全氮、铵态氮、全磷、速效磷的含量没有显著影响,T和TP处理显著增加硝态氮的含量。(2)CT(控温处理)、T(增温处理)、P(增雨处理)和TP(增温增雨处理)处理后,过氧化氢酶活性均有一定程度的增加,但是与CK处理未达到显著性水平。CT、P和TP处理的脲酶活性显著提高,而T处理无明显的变化。CT、T、P和TP处理的碱性磷酸酶活性均有下降的趋势,CT处理的酶活性显著下降。CT、T、P和TP处理后的蔗糖酶活性有不同程度的波动,但与CK处理均未形成显著性差异。(3)生长季和实验处理对土壤细菌和真菌的多样性一定影响,但是影响均不显著。群落相似性分析表明增温和增温及交互作用在一定程度上改变了土壤微生物群落的结构。(4)不同土壤酶活性受到土壤理化指标的影响不同。不同土壤理化指标对土壤微生物多样性的影响不同。微生物多样性和酶活性的关系没有规律性。(5)增温、增雨及交互作用影响土壤微生物多样性与土壤温湿度之间的关系,并未表现出特异性规律。
[Abstract]:With the increasing global warming, there is no doubt that temperature rise and precipitation pattern change. Neopodium krjabini is located in arid and semi-arid area, and is sensitive to the change of climate environment. The study of the response of typical grassland to climate change in Inner Mongolia is helpful to determine the adaptation of grassland ecosystem under future climate change. In this paper, the experiment of warming and increasing rain was carried out by using OTC in the growth season of Inner Mongolia, and the response mechanism of microorganism and soil enzyme activity to climate change was discussed. In order to provide basic data and theoretical basis for future climate change. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the increase of temperature significantly increased the soil temperature, decreased the soil moisture, and increased the soil moisture significantly and decreased the soil temperature under the rain treatment. Soil pH, organic matter, total nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, total phosphorus, The content of available phosphorus had no significant effect on the content of nitrate-N. The activity of catalase increased to a certain extent after the treatments of temperature control treatment (temperature control treatment) and TP (temperature treatment) and TP( treatment) increased the content of nitrate-N, and the activity of catalase increased to a certain extent after the treatments of temperature control treatment (temperature control treatment) and TP treatment (temperature control treatment) and TPtreatment (temperature and precipitation treatment), respectively. However, the urease activity of the treatments with CK and CK did not reach the significant level. The activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) decreased in both CTT and TP treatments. The enzyme activity of CT treatment decreased significantly. The sucrase activity fluctuated in different degrees after treatment with CTT and TP. However, there was no significant difference between the treatments and CK treatments. The growth season and experimental treatment had a certain effect on the diversity of soil bacteria and fungi, but the effects were not significant. Community similarity analysis showed that warming, warming and interaction changed the structure of soil microbial community to a certain extent) different soil enzyme activities were affected by soil physical and chemical indexes. Different soil physical and chemical indexes have different effects on soil microbial diversity. The relationship between microbial diversity and enzyme activity was not regular.
