基于色差技术的微生物发酵床垫料发酵等级研究

【摘要】:采用TES-135色差仪对微生物发酵床大栏养猪场的160份垫料样本进行色度分析,采用亨特(Hunter)色差公式:△E=[(△L)2+(△a)2+(△b)2]1/2对样本间的色差进行统计分析,结合STDEV算法,根据样本的色差相对于平均值(μ)的离散程度(σ),将垫料的发酵等级分为4级:0△E≤μ-2σ为发酵1级;μ-2σ△E≤μ为发酵2级;μ△E≤μ+2σ为发酵3级;△Eμ+2σ为发酵4级。通过表观颜色、干湿度、味道、腐烂程度等对不同发酵等级的垫料样本进行表观描述,结果显示垫料的色度分析能准确反应垫料的发酵等级。这为垫料发酵等级的快速鉴定奠定理论基础。
[Abstract]:The colorimetric analysis of 160 padding samples from the pig farm of microbial fermenting bed was carried out by using TES-135 chromatic aberration instrument. The color difference formula of Hunter's Hunter was used to analyze the color difference between samples by using the formula E = [(Ln _ 2 (a ~ (2) (bn ~ (2)] _ (1 / 2), combined with the STDEV algorithm, the color difference between the samples was statistically analyzed.
