大田县鸡住白细胞虫病流行现状调查

【摘要】：鸡住白细胞虫病广泛存在于鸡产业化养殖中,危害非常大,发病率和死亡率居高不下,常给广大的养殖户带来巨大的经济损失。本试验主要针对大田县鸡的养殖现状,对大田县鸡住白细胞虫病进行流行现状调查。试验选取大田县养鸡比较集中6个乡镇,根据不同的海拔高度和气候;不同的饲养管理方式;不同的鸡的品种等选取了 25户养殖户,每个养殖场随机抽取20只鸡进行鸡翅静脉采血,制成血液涂片,观察血液中的鸡住白细胞虫的配子体。另外,每个场经血涂片检查确诊的鸡进行解剖,临床症状符合鸡卡氏住白细胞虫病感染的基本特征。从而确诊了大田县鸡住白细胞虫病是由卡氏鸡住白细胞虫原虫引起的。根据调查显示感染情况随海拔由高到低呈递减趋势;谢洋乡和吴山乡海拔较高,感染率分别为26.3%和19.2%,建设镇海拔较低,感染率为12.5%。采用笼养的方式感染率低于散养,笼养的感染率为5%,散养感染率为23.6%。本地鸡的感染率低于外来鸡品种,本地鸡的感染率为15%,麻鸡的感染率为24.7%。21-60日龄的鸡属于易感鸡群,感染率为26.7%。本文立足于确保食品安全和减少药物残留为基本要求,夏秋季节到来时,养殖户要引起足够的重视,采用预防为主,防治相结合的方针。产蛋鸡尽量选用中草药制剂,不用磺胺类药进行预防和治疗。选择养殖场尽量选择地势平坦,排水顺畅的低海波地区养殖,如果条件允许的话,尽量采用笼养的方式。对鸡舍周围的环境定期消毒,消灭虫媒昆虫,减少感染。
[Abstract]:Leucocytophthora disease is widely used in the industrialized breeding of chickens, which causes great harm, high morbidity and mortality, and often brings huge economic losses to the majority of farmers. Based on the current situation of chicken breeding in Datian County, the epidemic status of Leukocystis in Datian County was investigated in this experiment. According to different altitude and climate, different ways of breeding and management, different breeds of chicken, 25 households were selected in the experiment. Twenty chickens were randomly selected from each farm to collect blood from their wings, and blood smears were made to observe the gametophyte of white blood worms in the blood. In addition, the clinical symptoms of chicken confirmed by blood smear in each field were in accordance with the basic characteristics of Leukocystis infection in chickens. It was confirmed that Leukocystis disease in Datian County was caused by Leucocystis carinii. According to the investigation, the incidence of infection decreased with the elevation from high to low, the infection rate of Xie Yangxiang and Wushan Township was higher, the infection rate was 26.3% and 19.22.The altitude of Jianzhen town was lower, and the infection rate was 12.5%. The infection rate of cage culture was lower than that of rest culture. The infection rate of cage culture was 5 and 23. 6 percent respectively. The infection rate of local chickens was lower than that of exotic chickens. The infection rate of local chickens was 15. The infection rate of hens was 24.70.21-60 days old, and the infection rate was 26.7. This paper is based on the basic requirements of ensuring food safety and reducing drug residues. When the summer and autumn season comes, farmers should pay enough attention to it and adopt the policy of combining prevention with prevention. Laying hens choose Chinese herbal medicine as far as possible, do not use sulfanilamide for prevention and treatment. Select breeding farm as far as possible, flat terrain, smooth drainage of low sea wave breeding, if conditions permit, try to use cage culture. Periodically disinfect the surrounding environment of the chicken house, eliminate insect-borne insects and reduce infection.
