腹腔注射葡萄糖对肉鸡食欲影响的研究

【摘要】:试验旨在研究腹腔注射葡萄糖对肉鸡食欲的影响。选取16只相同生长环境下生长状况相近的28日龄AA肉鸡,随机分为2个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复2只鸡,试验组注射1.1 g/mL的葡萄糖(500 mg/kg),对照组注射等体积生理盐水,试验共进行三次注射,每次间隔12 h,前两次注射前禁饲1 h,最后一次注射后采血并屠宰取肝脏样品,统计其24 h内采食量并测定其血液中营养代谢物的变化及肝脏中脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)表达量的变化。结果显示:腹腔注射葡萄糖可在1~2 h内影响肉鸡的食欲,使肉鸡采食量降低;试验组肉鸡血液中的葡萄糖和甘油三酯水平显著高于对照组(P0.05),尿素和总胆固醇水平与对照组相比显著降低(P0.05);试验组肝脏中FAS基因的表达量显著升高(P0.05)。研究表明腹腔注射葡萄糖会在短期内降低肉鸡的食欲,并对血液中营养代谢物及肝脏中脂肪代谢有一定影响。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effect of intraperitoneal glucose injection on appetite in broilers. Sixteen 28-day-old AA broilers with similar growth status in the same growing environment were randomly divided into 2 treatments, each treatment with 4 replicates, each with 2 chickens. The experimental group was injected with 1. 1 g/mL glucose at 500 mg / kg, and the control group was injected with the same volume of normal saline. A total of three injections were performed at intervals of 12 hours, 1 hour before the first two injections, and blood samples were collected and slaughtered for liver samples after the last injection. The changes of nutrient metabolites in the blood and the expression of fatty acid synthase (FAS) in the liver were measured. The results showed that intraperitoneal injection of glucose could affect the appetite of broilers and decrease the intake of broilers within 2 hours. The levels of blood glucose and triglyceride in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05), the levels of urea and total cholesterol were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the expression of FAS gene in the liver of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The results showed that intraperitoneal injection of glucose could decrease the appetite of broilers in a short period of time and affect the metabolism of nutrients in blood and fat in liver.
