4~8月龄滩羊日粮能蛋比相同条件下分阶段育肥的效果研究

【摘要】:基于滩羊生长发育规律,实施羔羊阶段式育肥。将4月龄112只羊随机分成4个处理组,每组4个重复(公、母各2个重复)。根据羔羊体重目标,分为3个育肥阶段(22~28、29~35、36~40 kg),每个阶段结束时进行屠宰试验以测定育肥性能和肉品质。根据肉羊饲养标准(NY/T816-2004),每个阶段均设置84%(Ⅰ组)、96%(Ⅱ组)、108%(Ⅲ组)和120%标准(Ⅳ组)能量和蛋白水平,且同一阶段等能蛋比相同的日粮。结果表明:3个阶段中,滩羊的末体重、平均日增重、胴体重、屠宰率、优质切块重、GR值和尾重均呈现相同变化规律,即Ⅰ组Ⅱ组Ⅲ组Ⅳ组;22~28 kg,Ⅳ组的末体重和优质切块重显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05),Ⅳ组的大理石评分值和肌肉中脂肪含量均显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.05),Ⅳ组的嫩度值显著小于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组(P0.05);29~35 kg,Ⅳ组的末体重比显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05),Ⅳ组大理石评分值和肌肉中脂肪含量均显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05);36~40 kg,Ⅲ组的GR值和尾重均显著低于Ⅳ组(P0.05),Ⅲ组的大理石评分值显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05),与Ⅳ组间无显著差异(P0.05)。由此可见,在体重22~28、29~35、36~40kg阶段,分别饲喂消化能12.30 MJ/kg和粗蛋白15.37%、消化能10.65 MJ/kg和粗蛋白13.61%、消化能9.53 MJ/kg和粗蛋白11.91%的日粮有助于提高育肥性能和获得优质滩羊肉。
