微生物促生剂发酵玉米皮生产饲料蛋白研究

【摘要】:以玉米皮为基本碳源,通过单因素和正交试验,以产朊假丝酵母、啤酒酵母和白地霉联合固态发酵生产蛋白饲料进行了研究。以提高真蛋白含量为主要目的,优化得到最佳的发酵条件为菌液接种量7%,固态发酵培养基料水比1:1.8(g:m L),发酵温度31℃,发酵时间80 h。在此条件下,真蛋白含量可达15.6%,是发酵前的1.94倍。
[Abstract]:The production of protein feed by solid state fermentation of Candida prion, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Trichoderma albicans was studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment with corn husk as the basic carbon source.
