布鲁菌外膜小泡研究进展

【摘要】：布鲁菌病(布病)是最严重的人畜共患病之一,布鲁菌可以导致患病动物的流产及人类的马耳他热。外膜小泡是细菌在生长过程中自发释放的一种球形的双层膜结构。在多种细菌中,外膜小泡发挥着运输细菌物质,抵御宿主杀伤作用,参与生物膜形成等多种功能。外膜小泡也可以影响布鲁菌的内化过程,并干扰宿主的细胞因子反应,从而使布鲁菌建立对宿主的感染。除此之外,由于布鲁菌的外膜小泡具有良好的免疫保护力,使其在布病的防控具有重要的应用价值。
[Abstract]:Brucellosis (brucellosis) is one of the most severe zoonosis, which can cause abortion in infected animals and Maltese fever in humans. Outer membrane vesicles are spherical double-layer membrane structures that are spontaneously released by bacteria during growth. In a variety of bacteria, outer membrane vesicles play a variety of functions such as transporting bacterial substances, resisting host killing and participating in biofilm formation. The outer membrane vesicles can also affect the process of brucellosis internalization and interfere with the cytokine response of the host, thus causing Brucella to establish infection on the host. In addition, because the outer membrane vesicles of Brucella have good immune protection, it has important application value in the prevention and control of brucellosis.
