生猪规模养殖污染的控制分析——以浏阳市葛家乡为例

【摘要】：生猪规模养殖污染控制目标的实现,需要规模养殖户和政府共同努力。本文以湖南省浏阳市生猪养殖第一乡——葛家乡为案例,在回顾葛家乡生猪规模养殖发展现状与污染控制概况的基础上,从政府与规模养殖户的视角分析葛家乡生猪规模养殖污染控制的主体行为,并对控制效果进行了评价,最后从完善监管机制、提高监管效率、实施综合决策、运用复合型控制手段等方面提出实施生猪规模养殖污染控制的几点启示,以期为我国生猪规模养殖污染控制政策的制定提供参考。
[Abstract]:The realization of the pollution control target of pig scale breeding requires the joint efforts of scale farmers and the government. In this paper, a case study of pig breeding in Liuyang City, Hunan Province was carried out. Based on a review of the current situation of pig breeding and pollution control in Liuyang City, Hunan Province, a case study was carried out in this paper. From the angle of view of the government and the large-scale farmers, this paper analyzes the main body behavior of the pollution control of hog scale breeding in GE hometown, and evaluates the control effect. Finally, it improves the supervision mechanism, improves the supervision efficiency, and implements the comprehensive decision. In order to provide reference for the formulation of pollution control policy of live pig scale breeding in China, the author puts forward some inspirations on the implementation of the pollution control of live pig scale breeding by using compound control methods and so on.
