不同饲养方式对溆浦鹅生长发育规律的影响

【摘要】:试验选用1日龄溆浦鹅60只,随机分为传统放牧组和配合饲料组,分别在0~13周龄进行称重,利用Logistic曲线方程对两组鹅各周龄体重变化进行拟合,并对0~13周龄两组鹅饲料转化比进行分析。结果显示:(1)两组鹅生长过程均呈S型曲线,0~3周龄和10~13周龄两组鹅体重之间差异不显著(P0.05);4~9周龄两组鹅体重之间呈现显著或极显著差异(P0.05或P0.01);(2)不同饲养方式下溆浦鹅体重增长规律符合Logistic生长曲线,拟合度均在0.96以上,传统放牧组鹅生长拐点为9.5周龄,配合饲料组鹅生长拐点为8.0周龄;(3)从第7周起,两组鹅体重与13周龄体重均呈极显著正相关(P0.01),回归方程分别为y=0.525x+0.235和y=0.468x+0.875;(4)随着日龄的增加,传统放牧组鹅饲料转化比先升高后降低,配合饲料组鹅饲料转化比逐渐增加。综上,不同饲养条件下鹅的生长发育规律符合Logistic曲线模型,但生长发育和饲料转化比之间存在一定差异,并且溆浦鹅在传统放牧饲养条件下具有较好的补偿生产能力。
[Abstract]:Sixty Xupu geese of one day old were randomly divided into traditional grazing group and mixed feed group, weighing at the age of 0 ~ 13 weeks. The weight changes of the two groups were fitted by Logistic curve equation. The feed conversion ratio of the two groups at the age of 0 ~ 13 weeks was analyzed. The results showed that there was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups (P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.01, P 0.01, P 0.01, P 0. 01, P 0. 01) and Xupu Xupu (P < 0. 05, P 0. 01, P < 0. 01, P 0. 01, P < 0. 01) under different feeding methods. The results showed that there was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups (P 0. 05 and P 0. 01). The law of body weight growth accords with the growth curve of Logistic. The fitting degree was above 0.96, the growth inflection point of the traditional grazing group was 9.5 weeks old, and the growth inflexion point of the mixed feed group was 8.0 weeks old.) from the 7th week on, the growth inflection point of the traditional grazing group was 9.5 weeks old. There was a significant positive correlation between the body weight of the two groups and the body weight at the age of 13 weeks. The regression equations were: yangzhou0.525x 0.235 and yang0.468x 0.875h4) with the increase of age, the feed conversion ratio of the traditional grazing group increased first and then decreased, and the feed conversion ratio of the mixed feed group increased gradually. In conclusion, the growth and development of geese under different feeding conditions accord with the Logistic curve model, but there are some differences between the growth and development and feed conversion ratio, and Xupu geese have better compensatory capacity under the traditional grazing condition.
