超声评价犬急性肾衰竭的研究

【摘要】:本实验的目的是通过动物实验与临床病例,探讨超声评价犬急性肾衰竭的意义。本实验使用8只实验犬,肌肉注射50%甘油(10ml/kg),建立急性肾衰竭动物模型。在造模前、造模后6h、造模后24h对左侧肾脏进行B型超声、多普勒超声、超声造影检查。在超声检查前,抽血化验血清肌酐与血清尿素氮。在造模后6h与造模后24h进行病理学检查。造模前后肾脏长度与宽度变化不明显。造模后6h叶间动脉阻力指数升高不明显,造模后24h阻力指数与造模前相比明显升高。造模后6h与造模后24h,达峰时间与曲线下面积与造模前相比明显升高。造模前后造影剂到达时间无明显变化。造模后6h血清肌酐含量与造模前相比明显升高,血清尿素氮与造模前相比无明显变化。造模后24h血清肌酐与尿素氮含量与造模前相比均明显升高。造模后6h肾脏病理改变不明显,造模后24h可见明显肾小管坏死病理改变。对8只临床上患有急性肾衰竭的犬进行B型超声及多普勒超声检查,并与8只健康犬做对比。病例组犬肾脏长度与宽度明显大于对照组。急性肾衰竭患犬肾脏阻力指数明显大于对照组。结果证明:超声造影与多普勒超声是早期诊断犬急性肾衰竭的敏感方法。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment is to explore the significance of ultrasonic evaluation of acute renal failure in dogs through animal experiments and clinical cases. In this experiment, 8 experimental dogs were used and 50% glycerol (10ml/kg) was injected into the muscles to establish an animal model of acute renal failure. Before making the model, the model was 6h, and after the model was built, the left kidney was treated with B ultrasound, Doppler ultrasound, and ultrasound contrast examination. The serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen were tested before the ultrasound examination. After the model 6h and the model 24h, the renal length and width were not significantly changed. The resistance index of the 6h interleaf artery was not significantly increased after the model, and the resistance index of the 24h was significantly higher than that before the model. After the model, the 6h and the model after making the model were 24h, up to 24h, up to the model after modeling. The peak time and the area under the curve were significantly higher than that before the model. The serum creatinine content in the 6h serum was significantly higher than before the model, and the serum urea nitrogen was not significantly changed before the model. The content of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the 24h serum was significantly higher than that before the model. The renal pathological changes were not obvious in the posterior 6h, and the pathological changes of renal tubular necrosis were observed in 24h after the model. 8 dogs with acute renal failure were examined by B ultrasound and Doppler ultrasound, and compared with 8 healthy dogs. The kidney length and width of the dog in the case group were significantly greater than those in the control group. The renal resistance index of acute renal failure was obvious. Compared with the control group, the results showed that contrast echocardiography and Doppler ultrasound were sensitive methods for early diagnosis of acute renal failure in dogs.
