中药方剂对围产期奶牛免疫功能和泌乳性能影响的研究

【摘要】:目的:本研究利用免疫增强剂和催乳保健散预防围产期奶牛的能量负平衡、免疫应激及氧化应激,探讨免疫增强剂对围产期奶牛免疫机能与抗氧化能力的影响,以及催乳保健散对围产期奶牛产奶性能和营养物质表观消化率的影响,为今后进一步研究免疫增强剂和催乳保健散对围产期奶牛的作用机理奠定理论和试验基础。方法:试验一:在围产期奶牛日粮中添加免疫增强剂,并采集奶牛尾静脉血液,使用试剂盒检测血清中细胞因子(IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α)及免疫球蛋白(Ig A、Ig M、Ig G)含量。试验二:在围产期奶牛日粮中添加免疫增强剂,并采集奶牛尾静脉血液,使用试剂盒检测血清中抗氧化酶(GSH-Px、SOD、CAT、MDA)含量。试验三:在围产期奶牛日粮中添加催乳保健散,记录奶牛产后3个月的产奶量,检测奶样中各成分(乳糖、乳蛋白、乳脂肪)含量,并计算4%乳脂校正乳量。试验四:在围产期奶牛日粮中添加催乳保健散,定时采集奶牛日粮和新鲜粪样,检测其中干物质、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维及钙、磷含量,计算奶牛的干物质采食量和各营养物质的表观消化率。结果:试验一:结果显示:(1)免疫增强剂可以极显著提高围产期奶牛血清中Ig A、Ig M、Ig G含量(P0.01);(2)免疫增强剂可以极显著提高血清中IL-6含量(P0.01),但对血清中TNF-α、IL-2含量的影响不稳定。试验二:结果显示:免疫增强剂可以极显著提高围产期奶牛血清中SOD含量(P0.01),极显著降低围产期奶牛血清中MDA含量(P0.01),围产期奶牛血清中GSH-Px、CAT含量有升高的趋势,但是差异不显著。试验三:结果显示:(1)催乳保健散可以有效提高产奶初期奶牛的产奶量及4%乳脂校正乳;(2)极显著提高奶牛初乳中乳糖率,显著提高乳脂率,对初乳中乳蛋白率有一定影响,但是差异不显著;(3)极显著提高产后14d、28d牛奶中乳糖率;显著提高产后14d、28d、42d、56d、70d乳脂率,分别为11.11%、10.51%、5.08%、5.45%、4.42%;极显著提高70d、84d时试验组奶牛常乳中乳蛋白率。试验四:结果显示:催乳保健散可以极显著提高围产期奶牛的Ca、P表观消化率(P0.01);显著提高围产期奶牛的DMI及其对DM与NDF的表观消化率(P0.05)。结论:综合分析可知:免疫增强剂可以有效提高围产期奶牛的免疫机能,提高围产期奶牛的抗氧化应激能力;催乳保健散可以显著提高围产期奶牛的产奶量及4%乳脂校正乳,可以有效提高牛奶中各乳成分含量;催乳保健散可以促进围产期奶牛对各营养物质的表观消化率,提高干物质采食量,有效改善围产期奶牛的能量负平衡状态。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of immune enhancer and prolactin powder on the immune function and antioxidant ability of perinatal cows by preventing negative balance of energy, immune stress and oxidative stress in perinatal cows. The effects of prolactin powder on milk yield and apparent digestibility of nutrients in perinatal dairy cows were discussed, which laid a theoretical and experimental foundation for further study on the mechanism of immune booster and prolactin health powder on perinatal cows. Methods: in experiment 1, the serum cytokines (IL-2IL-6TNF- 伪) and immunoglobulin Ig (Ig / Ig) were detected by adding immunoenhancer to the diet of the perinatal cows and collecting the blood of the caudal vein of the cows, using the kit to detect the contents of the cytokines (TNF- 伪) and the immunoglobulin (Ig). Experiment 2: adding immunoenhancer to the diet of perinatal cows and collecting the blood of caudal vein of dairy cattle, using the test kit to detect the content of GSH-PxX SODCATCATDAs in serum. Experiment 3: adding prolactin and health powder to the diet of perinatal dairy cows, recording the milk yield in 3 months postpartum, detecting the content of each component (lactose, milk protein, milk fat) in the milk sample, and calculating the corrected milk quantity of 4% milk fat. Experiment 4: adding prolactin and health powder to the diet of the perinatal dairy cow, collecting the ration and fresh feces of the cow regularly, and detecting the contents of dry matter, crude protein, neutral detergent fiber, calcium and phosphorus in the diet. The dry matter intake and apparent digestibility of each nutrient were calculated. Results: experiment 1: the results showed that the immune-enhancer could significantly increase the content of Ig / Ig / Ig in perinatal cow serum (P0.01P0.01P0. 01). However, the effect of immunoenhancer on the content of TNF- 伪 and IL-2 in serum was not stable. Experiment 2: the results showed that the content of SOD in serum of perinatal cows was significantly increased by immunoenhancer, and the content of MDA in serum of perinatal cows was decreased significantly. The content of GSH-PxPxcat in serum of perinatal cows increased, but the difference was not significant. Experiment 3: the results showed that the prolactin powder could effectively increase the milk yield and the 4% milk fat correction milk of the early stage cow.) the lactose rate and the milk fat rate in the bovine colostrum were significantly increased, and the milk protein rate was affected to some extent. But the difference was not significant (P < 0.05). The lactose rate in milk was significantly increased by 14 days postpartum to 28 days, and the milk fat rate at 14 days after delivery by 28 days to 42 days and 56 days to 70 days, respectively, which was 11.111.10.51and 5.085.450.The milk protein rate of the test group was significantly increased at the day of 70d 84d, and the milk protein rate of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 14th day postpartum and the milk fat rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 14th day after delivery. Experiment 4: the results showed that the apparent digestibility of Ca-P and the apparent digestibility of DM and NDF in perinatal cows were significantly increased by prolactin and health powder, respectively, and the apparent digestibility of NDF and DM were significantly increased in perinatal cows. Conclusion: the comprehensive analysis shows that the immune enhancer can effectively improve the immune function and the antioxidant stress ability of the perinatal cows, and the prolactin health powder can significantly increase the milk yield and 4% milk fat correction milk of the perinatal cows. Prolactin powder can promote the apparent digestibility of the nutrients, increase the intake of dry matter and improve the negative energy balance of the cows during the perinatal period.
