干鲜荨麻提取物对小鼠离体小肠运动影响的比较研究

【摘要】:为了比较荨麻干燥处理以及高温提取对其药效学的影响,探究了麻叶荨麻鲜株榨汁制备的鲜汁、干粉水浸制备的干汁以及干粉煮沸后获得的煮汁对小鼠离体小肠运动的影响。结果显示,3种汁均可剂量依赖性促进小肠的运动,其最小有效浓度约为2g/mL,最大有效浓度约为50g/mL。2g/mL的3种汁使小肠收缩张力均较用药前显著增加(P0.05),且鲜汁和干汁用药后小肠收缩张力均显著高于煮汁(P0.05)。50g/mL干汁用药后1min内收缩曲线下面积显著高于50g/mL鲜汁,其他两两比较差异均不显著(P0.05)。试验结果表明高温水煮可影响荨麻在促进胃肠动力方面作用,而干株可替代鲜株作用,提示在制备用于缓解或治疗胃肠动力障碍荨麻药材时,可用干株水浸方法制备。
[Abstract]:In order to compare the effects of drying and high temperature extraction on the pharmacodynamics of nettles, the effects of fresh juice extracted from fresh plants of nettle leaves on the movement of isolated small intestine of mice were studied. The results showed that all three kinds of juice could promote the small intestine movement in a dose-dependent manner. The minimum effective concentration is about 2 g / mL, and the three kinds of juice with the maximum effective concentration of 50g/mL.2g/mL can significantly increase the tension of small intestine contraction compared with that before administration. The contraction tension of small intestine in fresh juice and dry juice is significantly higher than that in 1min after the treatment of boiled juice (P0.05U. 50 g / mL). The area under the contraction curve was significantly higher than that of 50g/mL fresh juice. There was no significant difference between the other two groups (P 0.05). The results showed that high temperature boiling could affect the effect of urticaria in promoting gastrointestinal motility, while dry plant could replace fresh plant, suggesting that dry plant water leaching could be used to prepare herbs for relieving or treating gastrointestinal motility disorder urticaria.
