不同蛋白水平颗粒料对西农萨能奶山羊羔羊哺乳期生长发育的影响

【摘要】:为了筛选西农萨能奶山羊羔羊哺乳期全价颗粒料配方,本试验采用2×3两因子设计,选用出生日期相近(5d之内)、体重相近(3.66±0.69kg)的健康西农萨能奶山羊初生羔羊53只(公羊26只、母羊27只),按性别和蛋白质水平随机分为6组(A、B、C为三组母羊;D、E、F为三组公羊),试验期为120d,并分为1~60日龄和61~120日龄两个阶段,两阶段颗粒料苜蓿草粉含量分别为10%和20%,蛋白质水平分别为18%、21%、24%和15%、18%、21%,哺乳期自由采食干草,试验期间采集奶样和饲料样,记录羔羊采食量和生长发育数据。结果表明,试验期间公羔日增重显著高于母羔(P0.05);1~60日龄,A、D组羊羔具有较大的日增重,饲料报酬高,且D组日增重显著高于E、F组(P0.05);61~120日龄,D组具有最大日增重,随着蛋白水平的升高,公羔日增重呈现出降低的趋势,C组母羔显著大于A、B两组(P0.05),公羔间日增重差异不显著(P0.05);饲喂不同蛋白水平颗粒料对哺乳期羔羊腹泻率和血液生化指标无显著影响。试验表明,1~60日龄,蛋白质水平为18%的颗粒料组羔羊生长发育最快,饲料报酬高;61~120日龄,蛋白质水平为21%的颗粒料组母羔增重快。
[Abstract]:In order to select the formula of the whole grain feed of Xinong Saanen goat during lactation, a 2 脳 3 factor design was used in this experiment. 53 (26 male) healthy Sinon Sanen goats were born in 5 days with similar birth date and 3. 66 卤0. 69 kg in body weight. According to their sex and protein level, 27 ewes were randomly divided into 6 groups, including six groups with three groups of Agna Bor C and three groups of male sheep, the experimental period was 120 days, and they were divided into two stages: 1D 60 d and 61g 120 d. The contents of alfalfa meal in two stages were 10% and 20%, and the protein levels were 18% and 21%, respectively. During the lactation period, the hay was fed freely. Milk samples and feed samples were collected during the experiment, and the feed intake and growth data of lambs were recorded. The results showed that the daily gain of male lambs was significantly higher than that of female lambs at 60 days old, and the daily gain of lambs in group D was significantly higher than that in group D, which was significantly higher than that in group D (group D), and the maximum daily gain of lambs in group D was increased with the increase of protein level. The average daily gain of male lambs decreased significantly in group C than that in group A and B, but there was no significant difference in daily gain of lambs between the two groups (P 0.05), and there was no significant effect on diarrhea rate and blood biochemical indexes of lambs fed with different protein levels. The results showed that the lambs with protein level of 18% had the fastest growth, and the lambs with high feed rate of 61 ~ 120 days of age and 21% protein level had a fast weight gain.
