病理与健康蛋鸡体表温度的对比研究

【摘要】：体温是动物体的重要生理特性,蛋鸡作为一种恒温动物,可以用其体内温度判断其健康状态,但体表温度与其健康状况的关系还未有研究。本研究应用红外热像仪对不同环境温度下病理与健康个体的体表温度进行测量,通过比较两者头部与腿/足部的最高温度和平均温度,得出体表温度与蛋鸡健康状态之间的关系,进一步分析得出最能反映病理状态温度变化的体表区域。试验结果:病理与健康个体的头部与腿/足部温度均存在差异,最大温差为6.9℃,且腿/足部存在急剧的温差变化。试验表明,应用红外热像仪得到的蛋鸡腿/足部的表面温度可以用于判断其是否出现病理反应。
[Abstract]:Body temperature is an important physiological characteristic of animals. As a kind of thermostatic animal, laying hens can judge their health status by their body temperature, but the relationship between body surface temperature and their health status has not been studied. In this study, infrared thermography was used to measure the body surface temperature of pathological and healthy individuals at different ambient temperatures, and the maximum and average temperatures of head and leg / foot were compared. The relationship between the body surface temperature and the healthy state of laying hens was obtained.
