不同益生菌培养物对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能及血液生化指标的影响

【摘要】:通过在饲粮中添加不同的益生菌培养物,探讨其对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能及血液生化指标的影响。选用30头体况良好、胎次接近、体质量一致的军牧一号断奶仔猪,公母各半,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,酵母组、乳酸组和复合组分别在基础日粮基础上添加1.8‰酵母培养物、1.6‰乳酸菌培养物和1.8‰酵母培养物+0.8‰乳酸菌培养物。预饲期7d,正试期28d。结果显示:饲粮中添加酵母培养物和乳酸菌培养物可极显著提高断奶仔猪生长性能(P0.01),而复合组对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响不显著(P0.05)。同时,所有的益生菌产物添加组均能提高断奶仔猪血清IgG、IL-6和IFN-γ的含量;其中,IgG含量显著高于抗生素组(P0.05),IFN-γ含量显著高于对照组与抗生素组(P0.05)。结果表明:饲粮中添加酵母培养物对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能及血液生化指标的促进效果最佳。
