妊娠大白母猪背膘厚与繁殖性能关系的研究

【摘要】:为了研究大白纯种母猪在配种后的活体背膘厚与其当胎的窝重、总产仔数以及产活仔的关系,通过统计421头大白猪在配种后的前期、中期和后期的背膘厚,并跟踪记录其分娩后的出生窝重、总产仔数和产活仔数,结果表明:随着母猪怀孕时间的增加,其背膘厚也有一定程度的增加,通过背膘厚与其繁殖性能的方差分析,得知母猪配种后的背膘厚与繁殖性能之间的影响差异不显著(P0.05),通过背膘厚与繁殖性能的相关分析,得知母猪配种后的背膘厚与窝重成正相关,与总产仔数和产活仔数成负相关,但是它们之间的相关不显著(P0.05)。同时,对107头正虹大白妊娠母猪进行了背膘厚跟踪测定,从母猪配种日开始每隔一个月进行,由于部分母猪在妊娠期间返情、死亡等其它原因,最终52头全程5次背膘厚测定,结果发现:母猪在怀孕60d-90d,其背膘厚增长速度显著快于其它时间段(P0.05),说明妊娠母猪在该时间段对营养需求比较大。所以在生产过程中,饲养管理者在妊娠母猪该阶段应特别注意加强营养供给,保障母猪的营养需求。本试验也对大白母猪哺乳期背膘损失与其下一胎繁殖性能进行了跟踪测定,根据在哺乳阶段背膘损失将母猪分成低(3mm)、中(3-6mm)、高(6mm)三组,发现其中背膘损失高的组(6mm),其下一胎的初生窝重、总产仔数、产活仔数及母猪淘汰死亡率均显著差于其它两个组,而其它两组差别不显著。这说明如果母猪在哺乳阶段掉膘严重的话,将会严重影响对其下一次妊娠的繁殖性能;如果适当掉膘不太,加强母猪在下一次妊娠阶段的护理,则不会对其繁殖性能造成影响。
[Abstract]:In order to study the relationship between backfat thickness and litter weight, total litter size and live litter size of white purebred sows after breeding, the backfat thickness of 421 white pigs in the early, middle and late stages of breeding was calculated. The birth litter weight, total litter size and live litter size after delivery were recorded. The results showed that the backfat thickness increased to a certain extent with the increase of pregnant time of sows, and the variance analysis between backfat thickness and reproductive performance was carried out. It was found that there was no significant difference between backfat thickness and reproductive performance of sows after breeding. Through the correlation analysis between backfat thickness and reproductive performance, it was found that backfat thickness was positively correlated with litter weight, and negatively correlated with total litter size and live litter size. But the correlation between them was not significant (P 0.05). At the same time, the backfat thickness of 107 Zhenghong white pregnant sows was measured every other month from the day of sows breeding. Because some sows returned to the state during pregnancy, death and other reasons, 52 sows were measured backfat thickness 5 times in the whole course. The results showed that the growth rate of backfat thickness of sows at 60d-90 days was significantly faster than that of P0.05 in other periods, which indicated that the pregnant sows had a great demand for nutrition in this period. Therefore, in the process of production, breeding managers should pay special attention to strengthening nutrition supply in this stage of pregnancy sows to ensure the nutrition needs of sows. The backfat loss of large white sows during lactation and their reproductive performance were also measured. According to the backfat loss in lactation stage, the sows were divided into three groups: low backfat (3mm), middle backfat (3-6mm), and high backfat (6mm). It was found that the first litter weight, total litter size, live litter size and death rate of sows in the group with high backfat loss were significantly lower than those in the other two groups, but there was no significant difference between the other two groups. This indicates that if the sows lose fat seriously in the lactation stage, the reproductive performance of the next pregnancy will be seriously affected, and if the appropriate fat loss is not too high, the nursing care of the sows during the next pregnancy stage will not be affected.
