小鼠精子与卵透明带蛋白的识别机制

【摘要】:受精是一个非常灵巧、独特的和有时也很"棘手"的过程,包括一些必不可少的步骤,最后形成受精卵。在受精过程中卵透明带具有重要作用,卵透明带内含有许多种糖蛋白并能识别精子进行与卵子识别再融合。精子受体是指这些能识别精子的卵透明带内的糖蛋白,在受精和早期胚胎发育过程中发挥各种功能。文章主要针对卵透明带内的精子受体与受精过程进行综述。
[Abstract]:Fertilization is a very dexterous, unique and sometimes "tricky" process that involves essential steps to form the fertilized egg. Zona pellucida plays an important role in fertilization. It contains many kinds of glycoproteins and can recognize sperm for refusion with egg recognition. Sperm receptors are glycoproteins that recognize sperm in the pellucida and play a variety of roles in fertilization and early embryonic development. This article reviews the sperm receptors and fertilization processes in the zona-pellucida.
