党参多糖口服液对大鼠的长期毒性研究

【摘要】：为了解长期使用党参多糖口服液对机体的毒性反应,以便指导临床长期用药的安全性。大鼠灌胃给药党参多糖口服液,在给药4周和停药2周内,观察大鼠一般行为活动等情况,进行血液学、血液生化学和主要脏器病理学检查,考察党参多糖口服液给药的长期毒性。结果显示,各组大鼠在给药期间和恢复期内,一般情况和行为活动、粪便等均无异常变化,血液学、血液生化学和主要脏器病理学检查,均无明显变化。因此,连续大鼠灌胃给药党参多糖口服液未见明显毒性反应,说明党参多糖口服液具有较高的临床用药安全性。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the toxicity of Codonopsis polysaccharides oral liquid to the body and to guide the safety of clinical long-term drug use. The rats were given Codonopsis polysaccharide oral liquid by gavage. During 4 weeks of administration and 2 weeks of withdrawal, the general behavior of rats was observed, and blood, blood biochemistry and pathology of main organs were examined. To investigate the long-term toxicity of Codonopsis polysaccharide oral liquid. The results showed that there were no abnormal changes in general condition, behavior, feces and so on during the administration and convalescence of the rats in each group, but there were no significant changes in hematology, blood biochemistry and pathological examination of main organs. Therefore, continuous administration of Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide oral liquid showed no obvious toxic reaction, which indicated that Codonopsis polysaccharide oral liquid had higher clinical safety.
