繁殖期鸽嗉囊组织形态学及生长因子含量变化规律

【摘要】:试验旨在研究繁殖期鸽嗉囊组织形态学及生长因子含量动态变化规律。选取52对白羽王鸽肉种鸽(60周龄,公母配对),于孵化期第2(I2)、4(I4)、6(I6)、10(I10)、14(I14)、17(I17)天和哺育期第1(R1)、4(R4)、7(R7)、10(R10)、15(R15)、20(R20)、25(R25)天取嗉囊组织进行测定(每个时间点雌、雄鸽各4只)。嗉囊组织形态、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)及表皮生长因子(EGF)检测结果:繁殖期,雌雄鸽嗉囊上皮厚度与嗉囊IGF-1及EGF含量呈正相关,三者均于R1时期存在最大值;雌雄鸽嗉囊内壁相邻褶皱距离均于R1时期减少至最小值;与I2时期相比,R1时期雌雄鸽嗉囊上皮嗜酸性细胞形态增大,形状为粗糙的多边形。雌鸽嗉囊上皮厚度、嗉囊内壁相邻褶皱距离、嗉囊IGF-1和EGF浓度分别于R1、R10、I14和I17时期显著大于雄鸽。试验表明,繁殖期种鸽嗉囊生长因子可能参与调控嗉囊形态学变化过程,且存在性别差异。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to study the dynamic changes of histomorphology and growth factor content of pigeon crop during breeding period. A total of 52 pairs of white feather pigeons were selected for 60 weeks of age, males and females were matched to each other, and their tissues were collected for determination on the 2nd stage of incubation (each time point, the male pigeon 4, 4) and the first stage of the feeding period, the 1st R1, 4R47R7R7R7R7R7R10, R10, R15, R20, R20, 25R25, for determination of the tissue of the bursa (4 male pigeons each at each point of the incubation period). The results of crop tissue morphology, insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) showed that the thickness of crop epithelium in male and female pigeons was positively correlated with the content of IGF-1 and EGF in crop during reproductive period. The eosinophilic cells in the crop epithelium of female and male pigeons in R1 period were larger than those in I2 period, and the shape of eosinophilic cells in the crop epithelium of male and female pigeons decreased to the minimum in R1 period, and the shape of eosinophilic cells was rough polygon. The thickness of the craw epithelium of female pigeon, the distance between the inner wall of the crop and the concentration of IGF-1 and EGF of the crop were significantly higher than those of the male pigeon at the stage of R1 / R10 / I14 and I17, respectively. The results showed that crop growth factor of pigeon in breeding period might be involved in the regulation of crop morphology, and there were sex differences.
